XD here we go again with the NaruHina freaks that keep insisting that its a brother/sister relationship .... But i mean c'mon, if they cant realize that its not that type of relationship.... Omg! No i just saw the most amazing thing when i woke up at 2:45 and went on youtube. It seems that because of this OVA a NaruHina fan came to realize that the only reason he liked their pairing was because it was cute. But after watching it a few times and thinking about it they saw that Naruto only truly loves Sakura. Though it was hard for him to admit that by the end of the series that Naruto will be with Sakura. Who knows maybe NaruHina is loosing hope this year

best part: when they think naruto is dead, kakashi hoping for a maricle by trying to look away, sakura crying... All hope is lost but then narutos hand shoots up and touches sakuras face and all is relieved 8D loved this moment ohh yeah, then sakura crys happily over him:), and possibly thinking why she cried that much in beginning is because naruto probably told her he loves her before his fight with sasuke

I think a rather convincing theory somewhere that would explain both naruto's scratch marks as well and madara, to put it simply, they said that after fight between them madara came for the kyuubi and took it from a weakened naruto, the kyuubi may have attacked, plus the kyuubi being removed could explain why sakura thought he was dead, but being an uzumaki he survived, i dunno in the end, inguess we'll just have to wait and see what kishi pulls outta the hat next. Even so the narusaku moment was brilliant! hope it is canon

While I was at Narutobase one day, I stumbled across this OVA again. We've been asking why this was made, and now I know.

This is a promotional video for UT--a shirt design company for Naruto that works with Kishimoto and Studio Perriot. Thus, we see Naruto holding open his jacket with a shirt that says UT.

This is one of the links explaining a little more, but I can't seem to find the original one with both the OVA and where is said that UT was linked to Kishimoto.

If that part about Uniqlo being very closely linked to Kishimoto (close to a personal level) then that means the Sasuke vs Naruto fight is definitely something Kishi was involved in making. Although I think it's closer to a rough draft of what's going to happen.

I agree about this being a rough-draft. I think this was only a video made to get people excited about the upcoming Naruto vs Sasuke fight. There's no way that that's how the fight will go down because that would be a huge spoiler. I don't think it will come out in 2011 but I don't know for sure. I believe that Naruto and Sasuke will have new outfits and new jutsu/powers when they finally face off. This is is how I see there progression in strength:

Naruto Uzumaki

Base-Naruto at the start of Shippuden with all of his jutsus from part one and some variations (Shadow Clones, Summoning Jutsu, Rasengan plus variations, etc.).

Sage-Naruto with Sage Mode and many other jutsu that Jiraiya would use (i.e. Needle Jizo, Toad Oil Bomb, other toad related jutsus, etc.).

Nine-Tails-Naruto with control over the Nine-Tails.

Final Battle-Naruto with all of his previous abilities and transformations plus the FTG jutsu and Wood Style.

Sasuke Uchiha

Base-Sasuke during his first appearance in Shippuden with all of his jutsus from part one and some variations (Sharingan, Fire Style, Chidori, etc.).

Hebi-Sasuke during his fight with Itachi with Orochimaru's abilities (snake related jutsus, snake summon, etc.).

Taka-Sasuke with his Mangekyo Sharingan.

Final Battle-Sasuke with all of his previous abilities and the EMS.


In conclusion, I think Naruto and Sasuke will be different from the OVA when the time comes for them to fight to the death.
