I know I said I would leave but I have to say something first.

I understand why people are annoyed & upset by the fact NH is getting so much advertisement & teasing. & that hinata is getting so much kitteningg attention. I get that. I am annoyed. NO. I am BEYOND annoyed. It's so much to the point it's ridiculous. But guys, please don't get upset over this cover so much. Some of you are acting as it if it's the prove that it makes NH canon. NO IT DOESNT. like it's been mentioned before, love isn't always happy or returned. I mean, for goodness sake, look at the picture ! There's so much negativity in it it's hard to believe they are a couple. Just please, try to look at the positive side cause your attitude effects the rest of us.

SP's marketing is just screwing the manga over. I have lost any interest in the Naruto/Sasuke fight and now I don't see the pairings having a resolution at the end of the manga.

it's pretty sad that one of the worst developed characters only becomes relevant when it relates to romance. i'd love to see naruto reject her badly, but that's not going to happen.

 

Yeah i do want to see her move on from the whole boring romance onesided love and do somthing else, but im afraid that kishi might go overboard of the shiptease until the bitter end.

Lol freakout time!!! But seriously this picture doesnt look like a happy couple to me. Plus look at the background its going from lush green to a barren landscape a little symbolism maybe. And finally as luffy has pointed out they are not facing each other and hinatas not even walking beside him which is what she always wanted. Overall this looks like a solemn scene and this is nothing more than ship baiting to the max.

As long as Sakura is not with Sasuke and Kishi clearly shows her as an important main character as well as the top female character. I can be happy. 

 

But of course Hinata looks more womanly, you clearly see behind on Hinata and nothing for Sakura. That bias.

All the other forums like NB and NF are literally making me fully negative.I think I won't be able to visit any of those sites now till Dec 6.Its horrible there.They already made 3 threads of how NS is dead and its already past 5 pages

To be honest, I took Naruto's lack of response to that comment as an implicit acknowledgement of his feelings for her. He was more focused on emphasizing that he had a hard time believing her. That's how I looked at it, anyway. 

 

Actually, I take Naruto being with Sakura more as emphasis that Hinata isn't as involved in his personal life, which is one reason why they didn't get to talk. Of course, the village was in chaos, after that, so maybe they really just didn't get the chance? Plus, as we can infer from his convo. with Sai, he needs to make good on his promise about Sasuke, before he can do anything about romance. That would also apply to interacting with Sakura.

But to everybody this is nothing to worry about. It's just a classic marketing ploy. Just look at RTN? Why would Kishi make Hinata be crazy about Menma in a complete flip flop universe if he wasn't planning on making NS canon in the first place? I think Kishi's pairing of preference is clear at this point.
