Well, you seem to be in the green zone. That's good to know. So, what is your take on chapter 615?

First off thanks for the Welcome. As for chapter 615, read my earlier post. If you read closely, Hinata doesn't cheer Naruto up, it is not until the nine-tailed fox cusses him out that he finally feels better. As for the hand thing, as usual, Hinata is the only one to give any sort of intimate reaction. Don't forget that he had to grab everyone's hands in order to distribute chakra and Naruto shows no hint of intimacy in his words. Finally, Neji just died, Sakura is not the right person to give a speech about Neji considering that she hardly knew him. Personally, when it comes to Kishimoto you can never really tell if the things he sets up are really going to flesh out because he never reveals anything in his interviews. Like for example in 2010 he promised more Kakashi but it wasn't until Tobi showed up that Kakashi got an actual fight.[Which sucks cause Kakashi is my favorite character and the Lightning Blade is awesome]. That being said, I think for the first half of part 2 he has built up NaruxSaku, and now he is building up NaruxHina to keep things interesting as before the confession there were a lot more believers in NaruxSaku than NaruxHina. The bottom line is he is not going to commit to anything until the end of the series. It may turn out that Naruto does not hook up with anyone. Personally though, I believe after looking at everything so far that Naruto and Sakura have a better chance than Naruto and Hinata and I definitely prefer Sakura over Hinata. The other thing is Hinata's plot point is just about finished unless Naruto does commit to her. We are guaranteed to see more Sakura though because her feelings have yet to be determined.

Sorry I will have to disagree there. Honetsly Hinata has seen more development from the dialog corner than from Kishi. It is not the right word to use for her. Development means that you chnage, learn something new, advance as a person. What Hinata does is a guest apearance.
Lets take the pain arc from example.
During the pain arc Tsunade was disabled, and Sakura had to step up and lead the hospital. She was healing everyone and saved a small child in a rather badass way. She realised Hinata loved Naruto.
Utimatly she realised just how amaizing Naruto is. She knew already but it was absolute proof for her.
Hinata basicly jumped down to Naruto and confessed. Then she proceeded to be knocked unconcious. She said nothing after that. She didn`t learn anything. She hasn`t realised anything. So the confession leads to nowhere as far a NH is concerned.
If it wasn`t enough, after the minor dead end NH moment we were given a very romantic NS moment (its up for interpretation but I found it sweet).
So NS was still being developed. Up until the war. Thats where it was paused because Naruto was sent avay. Hinata just apears for a little chapter to actually try and do something again. But she still didnt learn anything. Her cousin, and mentor died right there. And she was fangirling over Naruto. Thats not charater advancment thats her being coldhearted. It could be called development if she maybe learned about Sakura, or Sasuke even. But she is what she is. A boring guest strar character.
BTW:
The next time I see what would Naruto and Hinatas baby look/be like this is my answer:

Preaching to the Choir Bra. Development was probably the wrong word to use but I do think that Hinata's character has reached the climax of her progress. Plus, We get a couple scenes where Sakura learns that Hinata loves Naruto, and two scenes during the infamous hand holding scene where Sakura is as shocked as everyone else. Why would Kishimoto include these if Sakura is supposed to be replaced by Hinata or if she is not supposed to care about Naruto? The bottom line is, Hinata is out of Plot points whereas Sakura still has plenty.

Hinata had so few plot points that she took loans from random fodder nins.
She is a guest star. Everytime she shows up she is exactly the same useless dumbass as she was the last time.
@ Kishi Develop or kill her.

True, there are some NS parts like when she learns Hinata loves Naruto, when she hugs Naruto, obviously the confession which in my opinion is a MAJOR NS part, and we get the two scenes during the hands thing. Hinata has no other plot points to go on because she has already confessed TWICE and still has not gained any affection from Naruto. My only point is that During the pain arc and the ten tails revival Kishimoto has focused more on her character than Sakura's because Hinata was basically ignored during the majority of the series. However now that she has confessed to Naruto Twice and has still not gotten any kind of reaction I think that Narux Saku has an advantage. As for SasuxSaku I think this is a moot point. Even though she thinks of him the man says after hearing that she loves someone else "He must be a GOOD man." Where she then frowns. Obviously she does not think Sasuke is a good man showing that in my opinion she is slowly and FINALLY letting go of her affection for Sasuke. That coupled with the fact that she stated her dream was for team 7 to be happy again leads me to believe that there will be a battle between Naruto and Sasuke and she will choose Naruto when this happens. By the way, which guy do you think fits the description of being a good man?

I saw that post too.
These aren't the meanings of their names. These are the meaning of these flowers after their names in hanakotoba (language of the flowers )that were chosen by the person who made this post to represent Sakura and Hinata there.
Sakura means Kind/gentle in Hanakotoba.

Well said. I think we're going to get along just as well. Being good man is someone who should always respect anyone/everyone. It's hard to describe what makes a good man, but all I know is that Naruto is definitely a good man.

Of course not. Envy and hate isn't the same. Can't say Sakura does envy her, but the uncomfortableness from her did happen in the Pain Arc. Nevertheless, of course, they don't hate each other.

Good point. Leave to the anime to make it work.
