First the cover page of Sakura holding onto Sasuke while he's riding his horse tried to fool us then the scarf and the pregnancy thing and now this image of Naruto walking away from Hinata seriously what's next!?

On further examining, Naruto looks awkward as hell with his hands in his pockets moving forwards and Hinata looks sad. PLUS he's walking away from her.

 

Probably a rejecting in the bigger picture of things.

The fact that Hinata's character revolves around getting with Naruto. Here she is on a CD cover, alone with Naruto. 

So Hinata having no aspirations in life other than Naruto = guarantee she'll be with Naruto?

Are you kidding me? We have no idea of the context. If Hinata and Naruto were facing each other then yeah I would agree, but what in that picture screams pairing to you? To me it seems both are upset so wouldn't that actually be positive for us? Naruto could be finally telling her that he's sorry but he doesn't love her.

canon no but...the problem is if nh is canon hinata lvl up to the most important person in naruto life, for naruto----> hinata........sasuke..........sakura.

At least this confirms the fact that Hinata's not pregnant. I don't have to see it being thrown around every time I go on YouTube now .

But it would've been worse for Naruto to outright reject her, after she risked her life for him, just the same. Can you imagine somebody saying, "Hey! I really appreciate you almost dying for my sake, but I don't feel the same way"? Yeah, he's a kind guy who wouldn't want to break her heart, but it would still be rather cold. Additionally, as I said a few posts ago in this thread, Naruto and Hinata haven't been together much in between her confession and the war. I can only count one time. As I explained, Hinata isn't too involved in his personal life and has more of a bystander status, overall. There wasn't much context for interaction, if we're to assume that nothing has happened off-screen or that more will not be revealed later. 

 

On that note, I'd like to add that Naruto's comments during the Land of Iron confession scene seem to imply that he's not denying his feelings for Sakura. When Sakura more aggressively confronts him, his responses have the undertone that the basis of his rejection is that he suspects her motives, not that he doesn't have romantic feelings for her.

 

Besides, Naruto's main priority right now is saving Sasuke and trying to end the cycle of hate. Either way, romance has to take a backseat until progress is made. That's what he implied when he told Sai why he hasn't confessed to Sakura, yet.  

Might have been harsh but is it more harsh to leave someone thinking that there is still a chance for romance there or to end it so she/he can move on? Its like letting someone waste their life away when she could either be chasing someone else who truly cares for her or even just living out her life for herself.

 

About Sakura's confession, I'm not really seeing any implied feelings there at all. All he does is call her getting over Sasuke a lie. In fact the whole time he either looks confused or serious. The only time he looks sad is when he talks about understanding Sasuke. I'm not saying that the confession implies that he doesn't have feelings for Sakura and vice versa, that's why I don't like him for it. It's vague as hell and implies nothing except that he still only cares for Sasuke.

 

Sure Naruto's main priority right now is Sasuke but how does that even affect or prevent his romantic life at all? In fact if that's the case why doesn't he just use that as an excuse to Hinata for why they can't be together.

 

And for speculation why does he need to handle Sasuke before going with Sakura anyways? He's already proven that he can keep promises, and the LOI arc established that her promise doesn't factor in anymore. But then of course we have 693 where he references the promise to Kakashi and of course in real life this doesn't make any sense because denying a romance because of your mancrush on another guy would never happen at all... Do you see what I mean by horrible writing.

I think rather than jumping to conclusions, its better we analyse this scene. A canon couple, amidst so much privacy(especially its just the two of them) and they don't look happy at all? What's with this? Either this could mean that something serious is going on and Naruto separated from the group for having some thought and Hinata might have followed him there or Hinata might be getting her closure here or it is indeed a moment which should mean that they are a couple. Now if its a positive moment, shouldn't the both of them be happy? Especially Naruto who loves his better half way too much? I can't even see a smile on his face amidst such a private moment. This either could mean that it is something serious about the issue going on at thay time or its her closure or its her moment. But since it doesn't appear to be a moment, how can we assume that its NH in the movie? This really rules out the possibility that its canon! Its either her closure or its something about the issue going on at that time and Naruto might be tensed and Hinata might have been there to help him gather his wits. I don't see Hinata going on a mission alone, with Naruto especially when Sasuke's in the picture. Either they are in the village or all of the K11 are on a mission and Naruto has separated from the group to have some thought and Hinata is helping him in here

Now....why not Sakura? Well.....the reason might be Shinachiku's arrival XD If you know what I mean XD

I hope that the movie isn't about rejection...that would be depressing on so many levels.
But it's irritating that she, of all charracters, is on the cover.

We do not know context at all. Not about the song, we don't have lyrics. We have nothing so again, this means nothing.

A love song could be a romantic one with happy undertones OR a romantic one with sad undertones usually played when feelings of hurt and rejection are to be conveyed
