Kishimoto said that in that part (when inviting Hinata) Sakura is acting like a sister. But it's not said to Naruto or Hinata, just that she's acting like a sister.

likely its implied to hinata then.

Instead of describing your feelings, i don't know, you could share the link with us.

Before you guys say anything, I know that that user is a naruhina fan. I was trying to ignore the part about Sakura and onee-chan (Sakura's description is just so messed up and makes zero sense) b/c there might be some bias mixed in it.

I had this image about Romance in my head.

Up until now Naruto, about Romance, he never had it

But it’s closer to say he doesn’t properly understand what it is.

It’s now about how Naruto will react in front of this.

I imagined him as an adult while I did his design.

Naruto is taller, he has now this adult-ish appearance and short hair.

This made him really look like an adult. I really like it.

For the others, that was the same.

Sakura is thinner and sharper. Like a beautiful oneesan.

Hinata is more self assured and I drew with a very womanly image in my head.

I was very concerned about making her cute. And that was very difficult.

For Toneri, we had all the staff coming for a meeting a we were like.

"It’s about time we decide ( of a villain ) or we won’t make in in time.

I rapidly first designed the most important for Toneri, because If I didn’t it would have been bad. 

I tried multiple designs on a sketch book in rapid successions.

At that time the concept for me was “a bishounen”

A good looking guy, but a little childlike, but as time went on, we kept the design but he became more of an adult.

EDIT: I've already posted a translation up there from tumblr, but it'd be awesome if one of our own translators could summarize what's going on in here.

I don't want to believe the kitten Kishi is telling us about romance and Sakura being a sister to Naruto. The part about Sakura is at 2:10.

It's a very straightforward question. Was Kishi referring to sisterhood in regards to Naruto, or Hinata?
