But if this is true, then why the hell did he write 615 like that?? there were other ways to get Hinata what she wanted. If Kishi would've known NH is not that popular, then why crank out the fanservice for them?? there's no good in it for Kishi. If he simply wanted Hinata to have a shining moment, then there could've been other ways to do so.
So it's either Kishi wants to make NH canon for unknown reasons, by developing them from now on, or there's some other reason for it. Honestly, whatever excuse he has up his ass I'm not gonna buy it considering he ruined the overall consistency of his characters.
You do realize Sakura will be present with Naruto when it comes to Sasuke right? Who do you think she will honestly talk too before the fight? The guy she knows can make everything right, or the one who tried to kill her twice and is unsure about his own reason for living?
Insane people think it will go like this: "Hey Sasuke, I know you are about to fight Naruto but I still believe you can turn back from simple words and not fighting naruto, oh dont worry about trying to kill me twice, I still forgive you, thats how love is."
What will honestly happen: Sakura will talk to Naruto, they have some drama because this is the biggest fight in Naruto's life, only he can bring Sasuke back, etc. Plus they still think at this point Sasuke is a revenge driven psycho even though he mellowed out after Itachi told him to live his own life.
Do you honestly think one chapter ruined consistency? Hinata is still microscopic compared to Sakura, why such a high pedestal? Overall it is development Hinata needed, but it was also Neji finishing up, if NaruHina continued from this, then Kishi would have honestly taken out a good character like Neji, but as it is right now, he can make the final development Hinata needs in being able to get over Naruto and find her own way, she needs this just as much as Sakura needs to get over Sasuke. Hinata shouldn't be a copy of naruto with him in the end, thats basically what NaruHina could come too. Even then, why this moment and not Sakura?
In writing, minor characters always get their final development before or after the climax when the main cast gets their high point and resolution, Hinata got hers now, we saw Shikamaru and Ino get the same thing in 616, and that was much better for a ton of reasons Plus the way the fight is arranged right now, just think, as much as I like Sakura, her super punching would be an unnecessary risk against the ten tails, she should stick to the medical stuff at this point in the fight until we see where she actually is. Sakura is in store, ready to come forward, its like the apocalypse on this site sometimes.
Honestly when people complain about no Sakura this or that, its just as bad as jumping to conclusions like the NH crowd going "Canon OMG OMG WE WIN, Holding hands, OMG SHE FIXED NARUTOS SHOULDER!" NaruSaku people giving up or losing hope because of the lack of interaction is the same as admitting 'OMG we lose! No talking yet during these events!Just let me say this, what would happen in a war? You stop for a friendly chat in the middle of a battlefield and keep the dialogue going for 20 more chapters, or do you keep fighting? The 4th war arc focused on so many people, part of it was because Kishi put in so many new characters from the 5 kage summit, this had to extend it, pt focus on many of them, and keep jumping back and forth. Keep in mind, Naruto and Sakura met up twice in the war, when he saved her from the zetsu and at the ten tails, but they are in the middle of combat, no time to talk about feelings, Naruto had a job, find the white zetsu with his clones, obviously now is not the time in the middle of a battle.
You ask why the fighting stopped with Obito and Hinata both giving speeches? Its a damn manga, all types of japanese mangas and animes do this exact same thing, pause the battle, have so exchange of ideals and blabber about hope being worthless, others saying its not worthless, this exact thing with Hinata was seen in other animes before, I've even seen it in a few video games, that's just how much this trope is used, a big pause for a dramatic speech, then they get back into the action to see who's ideal will prevail. This same thing happened in Bleach back when Aizen was taken down, he kept giving his I'm so mighty and awesome speech, subject to my trolling powers which goes against logic, yet people just kept hacking away at him till Kieskae was able to get an open shot and seal that dam orb in him nullifying his powers.

I understand it a little, seeing it in a cover would sting a bit. But seriously? It's nothing new to us. So Naruto and Hinata are holding hands? We dealt with it and then we saw the aftermath in 616. The troll most of us laughed out, remember? It's hard to stay level-headed sometimes with her shipping bias. Positvely or negative, it often causes us to overreact. I'm no exception to this, I've over-reacted a lot.
