Don't ask me why I'm up at 3am in the morning (but apparently this makes me qualified for President, yay!)
The Wedding Nin - Naruto proposes to Hinata and jealousy kicks in overtime within Sakura. Of course, things between Naruto and Sakura get awkward. Ongoing, 4 chapters.
Sakura Haruno, You Will Be Mine - Sakura-harem/love square set in a highschool!AU. A pairing hasn't been decided but the character tags were Naruto x Sakura if that means anything to you.

Shade of the Leaf by Ravyn just updated with Chapter 5. There aren't a whole lot of NaruSaku fics with Sasuke around (either because he's dead or he's still with Orochimaru), but this is one of them.

The Crying Dead
Au!Sakura-centric fic where Sakura is a jinchuuriki captured by Akatsuki.
The Wedding Nin is a recent fic that is being updated pretty frequently. I like it because it reminds me of a Naruto-verse version of the movie My Best Friend's Wedding. Sakura is surprised when her best (and possibly more than just a) friend Naruto is engaged to Hinata. Even more awkward for the two of them, Hinata has chosen Sakura as her maid of honor. Will Naruto and Sakura confont each other about their feelings before it's too late?
EDIT:
Gardens of Rain is your average Sakura gets over Sasuke and after a little angst on both Sakura and Naruto's part, they get together, fluff fic. It's a good palate cleanser. What makes it slightly different are all the other non-NaruSaku subplots going on. I find Shikamaru and Temari's neverending sex hilarious. And Kiba is trying his hardest to win Hinata but it seems everything is out to get him. Please note that it's in adult fanfiction so it has a mature rating. However, I could see this being posted in FF.net with the M-rating, it's nothing too out there.
Alarm Clock vs. Uzumaki Naruto. In where Naruto uses his ninja skills and an unusual tool to take out the bane of his existence, the alarm clock. Very short but amusing.

Lol yea i tend to stay away from AFF.net simply because there is alot of torture fics. though i have been known to wander over from time to time to see if there is anything not to "holy crap" graphic lol

Actually, I believe I have seen Garden of Rain on FF.Net, but the author was using another penname.
I liked it, but I'm a little tired of Sasuke being characterized like an evil, evil bastard. I don't like him a lot, and I think he's a treacherous a**hole, but... Come on!
