Nah I'm not too worried about it, I'm just wondering are they screwing with us again on the pairings? first Izzy X Mimi now they do Joe? it is actually pissing me off in that regard  honestly I'm not getting involved in Digimon Shipping for the anime EVER again  the reliable Digimon shipping would be the games!

Isn't the poster we are talking about a Mimi and Joe poster?   and it was edited to have Eri instead of Joe in it? If yes, it is a Mim X Joe poster and it is a shipping troll

Okay i want hear a honest opinion did joe and mimi had a strong bond that made them the better pair? why are they pairing mimi and izzy up instead?

 

I feel like all digimon writer do not know how to write well written romance without having to be strangled by the red string. I REALLY want to punch kakudou in the face...

Well, they interacted more than Koumi in S1, right? She made fun of him sometimes and Joe chose to stay with Mimi so she could feel safer near the final arc.

Negative, the are from the V-pet. Do you remember I told you about where are Digimon debut before they are out from the anime or video game? First they are out in cards or from the V-Pet and those two are made for the 20th anniversary.

And thats very stupid of them choose a ship that had little to no bond or chem. As for canon ships in digimon i feel like the damage is done from what  i heard regarding part 4 of the tri movie they did not do a good job with sorato instead there doing friendship taiorato. They made matt into a jerk again to tai and sora and basically went back to season one roots. To me tri is a big fanservice movie rather than trying to tell a good story. If they really hate kakudous idea then don't make 02 canon, scrap that and make changes in a proper matter.

Sorato and Koumi are being promoted more than ever right now, even if they didn't have chemistry before. I mean: Cold/Mysterious guy + Motherly/Adamant girl and Nerdy/Quiet guy + Carefree/Loud girl. At least Koumi interact more and they don't need a third party in order to do so.

I think they won't make any pairing canon in Tri. except for Mimi and Koushiro. Possibly Part 5 and / or Part 6 will give us more clues.

They know YS wasn't that good in 02, but I think they don't want to make TS or YS canon except for Koushiro and Mimi nor show pairings formed.

Yeah, but why Koushiro and Mimi, though? They weren't canon in 02. Even Takari, one of the most -if not the most teased ship- weren't. Koushiro and Mimi cause it's not a demanded pairing, so it's easy to show it from the start.

 

Yeah, there are fan servicing cause they know there will be lots of fans looking at any interaction between popular pairings especially TK x Kari and Tai x Sora. It's also a bait XD

 

Well at least for collection here more about those two.

 

I don't think they should have put metal on New Greymon and New Garurumon. It brings fake cause Greymon and Garurumon weren't originally with metal.

Uh, Regarding Koushiro/Izzy X Mimi, Apparently they are a very popular pairing in Japan. Don't ask why, I don't know.
