I saw rumors on tumblr that naruto manga is going to end on october 17th ,the same date the 7th naruto shippuden movie is rumoured to air.if this is true,i calculated around 13 chapters,and it kinda worries me cause its so late in the game and sakuras feelings for naruto are still ambiguous,we are starting to get ss moments,and prety much everyone is still head over heels in love with his first crush:hinata,karin,lee,ino etc(not sure about sakura),so theres no progress with the romantic subplot regarding this aspect.so if the rumors are true,this whole kitten worries me

I always believe Hinata is in denial about naruto love to sakura.
I think the stalker vibe don't help it either.

Obito regret to not confess to rin mention before he got crush by rock ninja.

I guess that makes sense. I just always assumed she knew about it, or wasn't completely oblivious about the whole thing.

Does Hinata really know about Naruto's feelings for Sakura?  I'm still not sure what Hinata's smile meant. I mean, it wasn't like Naruto actually hugged Sakura back. It was all her on that one. Hinata doesn't really have a reason to believe Naruto likes Sakura after a scene like that. Maybe she didn't think too much about it.

 

It's hard to say if Hinata's aware of Naruto's feelings for Sakura or that he doesn't even like her. Her speeches about "supporting Naruto forever" or "walking with him and holding his hand" is still heavily debatable. We don't know if she meant it in a romantic context or just a support context.

 

I don't know if she does. She might, because of how much she stares at him, but Hinata doesn't really know much about Naruto's relationships in general. She was never a part of Naruto's life, until recently. And even then she doesn't really know him.

 

And I think she did mean it in a romantic context. It was a confession. She said I love you. And then how she fangirled over that hand holding. And then that dream she had... Yeah. She literally wants to have a relationship with a guy she barely knows ^^

Hinata should know, but remember she hasn't had a lot of panel-time with Naruto. In all the situations she's been in with Naruto, there was never any necessary indication of his feelings for Sakura. All she's gotten with him was positive development. Remember when Naruto acknowledged Hinata way back with his strangely worded speech "I like people like you"? Hinata was blushing and looked stunned. It's possible she interpreted that as Naruto liking her back (like half of the NH fandom).

 

I seriously doubt Hinata knows. She's barely ever with him. And I'm also not sure if Hinata saw romance in NS hug. It's strange how she smiled like that. If she saw two people having feelings for each other and she loved one of them, then I'd expect to be even a little bit sad.

 

I think Hinata's wearing her "I love Naruto-kun" goggles too tight to really pay attention to anything.

That is true. She's blinded by love, so I guess she really isn't able to be aware of what's actually happening between Naruto and Sakura. I thought she would have finally got it after Naruto literally called Sakura his girlfriend after the whole hand holding scene, but unfortunately that wasn't the case

It could also be that Hinata knows but doesn't care. If we are going by how she adopted Naruto's nindo "Never give up." Whose to say that she doesn't want to lose Naruto to Sakura or some other girl.

I see it as Hinata knows but could still think about it, so long the relationship isn't solid as in "Sorry no longer available." Same for Ino, Lee, etc.

Did Hinata hear Naruto calling Sakura his girlfriend? If she isn't aware of his feelings for Sakura and she did hear something like that, then I'm sure she would've had a panel reaction. The fact that she didn't either indicates she knows already and doesn't care or she didn't hear it in the confusion of Minato's blast and everything (more likely).

 

And Baka-chan, I don't think Hinata's the type of person to not care if she knew. Naruto's "never give up" nindo can only stretch so far on what she does. She's more the type to instantly give up and get sad over something like that, but then accept it and just chose to support Naruto's happiness. If Naruto's speech 573 was in a romantic context, then it's because she firmly believes there's a chance Naruto likes her or could like her. She wouldn't say that if she knew her feelings are one-sided. That is, if it was. It was possible it was just support, but either way she doesn't know his real feelings.

 

IMO, Hinata is unintentionally self-involved when it comes to Naruto and her love. She's blind to everything, even if someone else was injured right in front of her (everyone remember when Hinata showed up with the alliance and didn't pay any attention the other people injured except Naruto?) or if Naruto had feelings for someone else. She doesn't even think about it and that makes her selfish, but it's out of ignorance. Very much like Sakura in Part 1 when it came to her feelings for Sasuke vs. whatever Naruto felt for her.

 

I'm not hating on Hinata, but she needs work.

Yeah, you're right. I thought most of them had heard him say it in one of the panels, but they were just reacting to something else. Still, it makes me feel kinda bad for her, because if she doesn't get out of the whole "Naruto-kun" mindset, she's gonna be in a world of hurt when Narusaku actually does become canon.

Same here, Gai and his 8 gates really wasn't all that much of a focus. I think Kishi was just looking for an excuse to not put the NS and SK parallel on the volume cover for whatever reason.
