By design, naruto > sasuke.
But the day kishi choose to make them as the last of this manga, sasuke become equal with naruto, even by force.

In part 1:
Sasuke has big chakra for his age, but not as big as naruto.
Naruto has the biggest chakra, but he lack chakra control thus make it useless.

In part 2:
Sasuke gain variety of jutsu, but it all useless once he running out of chakra.
Naruto gain good chakra control, but it useless since he doesn't have variety jutsu to capitalize his big chakra.

This what I get from reading this manga, In high level battle the one thing that will determine the outcome of victory of defeat and lose is chakra and jutsu. But if both fighter have equal jutsu, those who has the big chakra who will it.
One of the reason why madara need Kyubi is because he can't challenge hashirama on equal ground since hashirama has mokuton and big chakra level.
In sasuke case, almost all his battle end with him running out of chakra so he bail it out with Karin, zetsu, or rinnegan chakra absorption ability.

Sasuke body already max out, so kishi will give him eye power to be equal with naruto.

What makes it worse is that nothing came from his sacrifice. Even though it was supposed to push Naruto and Hinata together, they didn't interact for two years after the war

I think the real reason Neji died was because he was the most popular Hinata pairing. In order to make Hinata the heroine and appease the Hinata fans, they needed to kill Neji so the Hinata fans won't get disappointed with NH happening(to make Hinata the heroine). That's what I think.

Now I think you know why I'm afraid to find out that Hinata fans and the antis are talking about SH right?

Sasuke always had a lot of chakra reserves, the schtick was that he never had as much as Naruto, he was more efficient with what he had. The curse mark is a form of SM so I'm not really sure of how the comparison applies. It's not like Sasuke had a limit to how strong his body could get though...

Sasuke was never, not one time, foreshadowed to gain the rinnegan. In fact, you could say that Naruto was the one that was supposed to receive it, and the whole Indra/Ashura thing was just a cop out to keep Sasuke relevant. The Juubi recognized Hagoromo in Naruto which was shown through the use of a pair of Rinnegan in the background of a panel with Naruto. Sasuke getting the Rinnegan was a blatant asspull, just as the brothers reincarnation was.

Sasuke and Naruto's situations were the same in that regards then, Naruto had Kurama and accepted him, just as Sasuke accepted the curse mark.

Tobi literally states he wants to make him like Nagato, he says Sasuke's eyes have potential and so did Orochiamru saying he will surpass Itachi and Madara, and Kabuto saying what comes after Sharingan is Rinnegan, the vast majority of the fanbase knew Sasuke was going to get Rinnegan, it wasn't an asspull you want an asspull look at Sakura Seal.

I just saw people commenting on SH as predictions for the upcoming BORUTO series. Not worth considering. Not worth considering at all!

It bugs me because SH will destroy Sasuke's character like THE LAST did to Naruto. I just want SP to leave Sasuke alone.

Asspull for sakura is sage mode or mokuton. Byakugo seal is just poor explenation/lazy writing. Just like we just recently know that sakura able to summon katsuyu.

Well, rinnegan is the eye of god, mokuton is body of god, and bijuu is the soul of god.
Tobi intend to make sasuke get rinnegan to allow him to control gedo mazo.
Since sasuke is the only character that able to gain EMS thus have a chance to get rinnegan like madara.
