"Sakura is like an older sister to Naruto"
- Naruto is officially blushing around the person he considers a sister, he wants to peek on his sister while in the hot springs, he breaks his own heart to pieces in order to keep his sister happy and see her smile, he wants to keep his promise so he can confess his love to her sister, he tells his dead dad that his sister is actually more or less his girlfriend, he wants to go on a date with his sister.
"Naruto’s crush on Sakura was based on his rivalry with Sasuke"
- The day Naruto fell in love with Sakura was listed and officially stated in SJ as “April 3rd”, the whole part 2 when Sasuke wasn’t around, when there was no reason for him to compete because his rival wasn’t there his feelings actually got stronger and were stated and confirmed still existing through many characters.
"Sasuke wanted to keep Sakura save from himself that’s why he acted like a jerk to her. The forehead poke was the sign of real/true love."
- Sasuke let Sakura fall into lava without thinking twise, he was ready to cut through her without thinking twise, he wanted to use chidori on her and even casted a genjutsu where he stabbed her through the heart. Apparently “You are so damned annoying” is the purest form of true love.
"Naruto had feelings for Hinata all this time, he just wasn’t aware of it"
- 2 years after the war he literally still hasn’t faced her nor had interacted with her like comrades at least. Also, because he had feelings for her the whole manga Studio Pierrot had to include fake flashbacks to make them relevant.
"Naruto hates people who lie to themselves"
- Naruto literally lied to his own father calling a girl his girlfriend yet apparently he conisiders her only a “sister”. He lied to Sai about his feelings and mostly he lied to himself. This quote just got invalid and ruined by Naruto himself.
"Naruto and Sakura had no chance to be together"
- Kishimoto literally stated like a week ago in an interview that Sakura indeed loved Naruto at one point but would be a “terrible woman” to steal him from Hinata. He literally confirmed they had romantic feelings for each other and a week later he says Sakura is like his sister.
Now I don’t know if you have any idea how marketing and business works but almost immidiately after fans in Japan started saying that they don’t believe that Kishi wrote the movie because the characters are OOC they released a video of Kishimoto talking about the movie. They make it seem like it was Kishimoto’s choice but everything contradicts with Kishimoto’s interviews from even a week ago. They try so hard to cover up just how much they are doing this for money that they get lost in their own lies. NH/SS happened because of Studio Pierrot and Kishimoto’s assistants and in order to make them canon and for Hinata to get her fairy tail ending Kishimoto had to sacrifise Team 7 and the individual member’s development and had toruin Narusaku and Narusasu’s relationship, had to make them invalid and not so important in Naruto’s life, just so Hinata gets some relevance. I hope you enjoy your movie but not as a Narusaku fan but as a NARUTO fan I am not watching this kitten fanservice.

Old kishi's retcons do no affect me so i will continue to ship NS even if they really aren't canon
