Ship what you like, but preferences aren't an excuse to say which one is "better". It rustles my jimmies that people so against SS can tolerate SK. Either the both of them or none.

It might rustle your jimmies however, like I said, before being so rusteled, listen to what other people's views are because you might have missed something in the whole story that's totally different, you know? And yes, I go against SS and tolerate SK and no, it's only one, not both! But I have my own reasons to do so. 

And I might have an actual reason to why one is better.

 

Just because in your book it's not better, doesn't mean in my book has to be the same. 

People should learn to accept and respect other's people's views, instead of jumping the gun!

Really, it's getting tiresome with you people bashing the kitten out of SK and telling us, the ones who support it, what to do and how to view things, just because in your eyes it's not ok.

Especially here... I mean, dunno, you don't like it and other people do? Great, let's ignore that and talk what we both like, which is NS in the end. But for some reason, it just can't...

hundred percent agree for the last part. We dont know yet what Kishi intends to. The last page of 662 was unexpected (I expected the NS, but not for SK, so its a big surprise. Didn't see that coming)
So, I think we need to move on from the SK vs AntiSK topic and keep analyzing what will happen next.

Have any of you read a chinese comic named Impeccable Twins--that I found really similar to Sasuke and Naruto. The heroine (medic n tsundere n has pink-white hair) cried because the death of the blond/silver haired hero, but after the biggest enemy of the story revealed everything, suddenly he opened his eyes (yep, his head on the girls lap that silently cried) and he lived again. He used some pill that makes his heart stopped beating for a little while.

what do you think if Sasuke becomes Hokage? Because dunno why, I could see Naruto becomes more than Hokage and he builts the Uzumakigakure again.

At least until people start being tolerant. I can't believe some people are personally frustrated by others opinion of SK. Eh, it won't bother me if someone here likes SS/NH.

I did not miss anything and I've read many arguments. Plus, I've been paying attention to this manga since 2006.

You speak of accept and respect of other people's views, but you cannot understand that as much as it tires you to hear SK bashing it tires others to hear SK support? NaruSaku fans are not required to sideship SK.

This is the NaruSaku forum. You might even ship SK for reasons you think are valid, but some will not agree with you. I have the right to say shipping SK and anti-shipping SS is an hypocrisy, as much as you have of saying that it's not.

I know. I just don't like that it's compared to SS and seen the exact same. That's not really true. I see it a different pairing all around. Whether you like it or not, it's up to you. But yeah, I would argue that it's not, but I got to meet my "Sakura" today, so I'll be busy.

When it comes to SK as I said, I really dont mind it or even ship it, I mean its been there but it just well, I've been true neutral to it, I dont really even mind it going here or there no matter how positive or negative it could be, I mean its there but I as said, I dont mind it. Its in the story and has its own moments even in drama like NS, I mean I will say both SS and SK had their darkest times in the land of iron, but at least Sasuke apologized to Kairn, I'll give it that. SS though, yeah I can really say I would prefer SK over SS anyday even though I don't ship it. Not because its simply seperate from NS, rather well, it has a small amount of development and focus, I mean it seems like it has a bit of length comparable to NH (well it should have more considering situations like the Itachi hunt, attempt to capture killer b, the land of iron drama, and now this. Rather i would call it the half focused pairing, unlike SS which has been like a train wreck in my opinion and NH just hardly coming in and with NS getting a lot of attention, I call SK the half focused pairing because like NS it does have its drama but its just not frequent and well, Sasuke just doesnt seem like the character to need love at this point, the only love being that of his brother and clan which has been a driving part of his constant shifting goals, I will say however in the end, as character development should go, for naruto to resolve his goals and sakura developing to likely end with naruto, after naruto succeeds in the final conflict with sasuke fixing all those problems, I will say with sasukes own conflicts resolved in himself and naruto after naruto wins, I do imagine the possibility of sasuke trying wanting to see new things instead of continuing to be a dbag as he has been the whole I mean SK could always be left open ended if Sasuke himself gains a better outlook in the future in the end. Really all I want to see is sasuke apologize to Naruto and Sakura and they accept him obviously because ya know naruto never gave up on him.

You may be paying attention to this manga since its beginnings, that doesn't mean you haven't missed some certain aspects. And I know it for myself as I, no matter how much I think and analyze NS interaction, there's always something more to view, so you never really get to know everything.

 

Yes, I speak of those things because unlike you, no offense, I didn't came here and tried to impose to you that if you do this [ship SK[, than you should to that as well [ship SS]. I am ok with the fact that you don't support SK and I know that no NS fan is required to ship SasuKarin.

 

But I didn't came and imposed you anything of the sorts you did with us, the ones who support SK. No offense but who are you to tell me how to base my own shipping preferences? Who are you to decide for me? Who are you to impose to me what I should do? You might not be okay with this, the fact that I ship SK and not SS as well, fine by me, but don't come and direct some stuff like these at me,generally speaking, just because it happens that you don't ship SK.

 

And some of us, just for your knowledge, we're shipping SasuKarin, not side-shipping. It has nothing to do with the fact that I ship NaruSaku.

But I am neither here for people to tell me what do to with my decisions and how I should base my decisions based on what they think, you know? And no, actually you don't have any right to say that, as long as it's directed at a certain individual/individuals without actually taking into considerations their views on the matters. Your rights/liberty end where the other one's starts, as a matter of fact.

No, you have no right to call me or any other SK shipper hypocritical just because you have that view. Your view is not our view, and our view is not yours.

 

So this is why I am talking about respecting people's opinions. I respect your opinion that you don't ship SK, it's okay with me, but don't impose to me how I should ship my pairing! Don't call me names just because you happen not to agree with my view! That gives you absolutely no right!

First of all, make sure what hypocrisy stands for, before actually throwing around that idea. Thank you!

Yep it's two different pairings overall, but the problem is that the same reasons people state during anti-SS rants i've seen a lot on it on this site and one of the main arguments is the way Sasuke treated Sakura and the most meaningfull anti stuff is the fact he tried to kill her, but people ship SK and trash SS for those reasons.
Being honest i personally dislike SK and i dont find reason on this ship at all, but i understand why people ship it because of personal preferences and those are respectable.
As an example i like NaruIno more than NaruSaku but i dont try to justify making rants that NaruIno is better than NaruSaku and etc... because it's just my preference.

I would surely say people might like SK and all but i hope they dont try to justify it or trying to twist trying to prove it's better than SS because the way the manga portraited Karin relationship with Sasuke it's worse than SS because she always saved Sasuke when he mostly needed her help(Bee's fight, Deidara and the five kages) and in return when she needed his help he went to finish her off, it's worse than Sasuke grabbing Sakura and trying to cut her throat with her poisoned knife.

People like SS because of the angst of the pairing or because they like the TsunTsun(without being aggresive) guy with a dere girl like many other mangas also does.
Despite the plot and the way it's portraited doesnt justify this ship anymore.
