What is it in the sentence that makes it different from how he talks to Sakura? And also, who's to say Naruto doesn't change the way he speaks to her should they establish a relationship (don't think he would, just a thought)?

That's not how it goes. Naruto uses a term that addresses his normal peers. I think it "omae" or something like that.
It's not Sakura, and nobody should think otherwise. Like I said, just ask anyone here that actually knows japanese. I can't help you with that.
