Keep in mind that official spoilers don't come out for another 5 days lol with that I just saw an apparent spoiler, and Luffy doesn't lose, apparently him and doflamingo start fighting with awakened devil fruits. There's no way Luffy has lost.

Idk, I'm not sure if that holds true for all awakened devil fruits, but who knows. It sounds kinda dumb, but to be honest, the being rubber thing as a power for Luffy seemed dumb at the beginning right? Look how that turned out lol it might be good, you never know.

I thought it was cool too, by the way Luffy used it in a fight at the start was just so strange at the time. OP is built on ridiculous powers, it just depends on how it's used. I wanna see this supposed kill shot Luffy is aiming at doflamingo. Hope it's the Ryokyogan!

yeah his usage of it was weird, but the power itself was pretty cool. also doffy has a kill shot. wonder how luffy survives it.

I think we'll get it the same day, I'm pretty sure spoilers were released early last year due to golden week too. I can't really remember though. Hope we do get the chapter early!

From the spoiler it show that Df user has advancement called awaken form that doffy use to combat 4 gear luffy.
If doffy can do that, than could do that too in the future.
Perhaps the day luffy shoot laser will come.

No lasers for Luffy, Nami thinks lasers are childish.

Only one with who can use lasers in a cool fashion is "Super!" Franky.

It seems Doflamingo talk about "Awakened Akuma no Mi". At the end of the chapter, Luffy attacks Doflamingo with "Lion Bazooka".

i'll have to see what it looks like because right now i'm not liking the df awakening ability. the lion bazooka sounds pretty cool. i instantly thought of the lion that was with luffy on the island he trained on.

I personally think that its unique to the devil fruits themselves, like each awakening is different depending on the devil fruit. I thought of the lion too! I hope it looks like the Ryokyogan, ill fangasm if it does.

I do recall Crocodile talk about this and it seems that's the pinnacle. Hm. Well, it is all about knowing it instead of just let it ponder there. My guess is that's would make those Yonko so powerful. My guess is on Kaido. Devil Fruits can't just be "Oh you got lucky that you got that one. Damn me for the wrong fruit." Even so, I do want to see how this plays out.
