If you go by the spoilers this is exactly what happens  and after this is the scene  where Sakura is cheering Hinata  to go after Naruto 

Then....judging by the screenshots, Hinata TRIES and ends up hanging out under a streetlamp near Naruto's apartment like a creeper and Naruto invites her up and makes a comments about ramen (per  screenshot translation) then she blushes and runs off. Then gets caught and genjutsued.

Sadly no, I don't have hope because I don't believe in this author anymore. If we're lucky, he might backtrack again or the genjutsu theory would be true. But I believe he didn't plan NS in this movie. Sakura will friendzone Naruto at best and push him toward Hinata and that make me a little sick and sad as well :(.

 

I agree with this so much i don't trust him ether anymore i don't know maybe years later he might say something about why ns did not happened even if theres way too obivious hints  towards that ship until the very end. In this case its too suspicious of why ns did not happen and im not calling it a red herring its way to much hints to call it red herring.

The dreaded kiss was a lot more underwhelming than what we were intially lead to believe. I thought perhaps there might be some up close physical intimacy with Naruto wrapping his arms around the Hyuga girl's waist and back with his eyes conveying an intense, almost hypnotised gaze in them.

The kiss itself would have remained within sight of the viewers with an open locking of lips. But considering what this final result appears like? It's silly.

I have virtually no hope remaining for an out of nowhere darkhorse victory. Although the possibility of NH's execution coming off as even more contrived, unhealthy, and inconsistent than what expectations were hoping for might pan out.
