I wish Sakura was a bit more emotional, the stuff she was saying was nice, but I want some more  .

Also was she crying? Kinda hard to tell, I'd like to see some tears, just sayin

I think she was on the verge of crying. Maybe she's trying to keep it together so she can concentrate a little better.

Maybe we'll get some more emotion when she learns that Kurama was extracted from Naruto. I think that'll bring the Rescue Gaara Arc back full circle as well as all of the emotions that when on in that arc *if you know what I mean ;)*

I will choose option 3 since I'm the one who advocate sakura get a stab from madara(for lulz) so we got a n->s moment.

and it will complete the obirin parallel and maybe minakushi.

the stab will become madara(villainity) blunder.

either it will give him other power or something to beat madara.

and sasuke will get jealous because how powerless he is and how powerful naruto become, setting up sasuke to get rinnega.

 

that's my prediction. it could not happen.

She's already got tears in her eyes, and at the time in this panel she still has hope.  Wait until she finds out Kurama's been extracted.

Here is the thing with Sakura . Sakura is usually the one who is mostly moved/easily to cry(as said by Naruto) so for her not to cry upon seeing Naruto in a dead state situation(when we have seen her cry for him for just being in danger) it's a big deal , this's the first time she sees Naruto in this kind of state so she's devastated , lost , confused , in shock and most of all she's insanely terrified because of what she's seeing she knows that he's dying even if she doesn't know why(i assume) , she's trying to stay strong for him and for herself so she could save him that's way she tries to lift Naruto up but in reality she's trying to boost her confidence to convince herself  that everything is gonna be just fine but she's starting to lose that feeling and she's at her breaking point  simply she's falling apart , that is why you see her painful expression at the end with tears starting to form , tell me when have any of you have seen Sakura in this kind of state i personally have never seen her like this for anybody  except for Naruto so you can bet that this is gonna be the most devastating cry you will ever see from her i promise you that much.

I really don't think that there is any need for Sakura to get stab from Madara just for a ObiRin parallel to happen I think @NaruSaku4life explained this perfectly at the end of his review of this chaper , Obito can also do this by telling Naruto to not fail like he did with Rin since Naruto is dying now like he was more or less .

As for Naruto getting another power i suspect him loosing Kurama will maybe unlock some hidden potential of his that's my take on this .

Garra is going forward away from Madara and in this one Madara's going in the opposite direction of the one Garra went (http://www.mangapand...m/naruto/662/17) i don't think by this that he's headed to the alliance .  

About the eye well Kakashi is still there i don't think he would escape that easy from him besides does Madara need that other eye to cast the Tsukuyomi ?

The focus well i don't know that either really i wonder myself  about that to ?

Personally, I think before - this is going off of the statement from Itachi where he told Naruto how Minato was able to be Hokage because he had the support of the village and Kushina.

Edit: And I think that since the battle is going to be about who will be the better hokage, Naruto will need that support set up for him.

After, but the full realization from Sakura to Naruto can occur before the fight.

Same here. Funny, I went to another site, a blog site, and well surprisingly it's normal for the most part but one hopes for Hinata to get up, but the other guy is like, "That chance is gone. Sorry." At least it was polite. But yeah, sucks that there are people that others follow would say that stuff.

Are you kidding? That was a hell of a start for Sakura. She is screaming her lung out asking what happened, to the point they have to tell to get on. The dialogues and her facial expressions are great enough. Want more? Coming soon.

 

Yes, she is crying because hope is slowly losing. She is doing her best to cool down, but the reality is kicking her hard. It's like when you see someone on the floor and tell yourself "he's ok. he's ok" before you lose it.

Yeah. If she showed that much emotion then, what is she going to do if she has to face that he's the one who's in life or death trouble? When she realizes he won't be there for her then, or ever again?

The realization of how much Naruto really means to her is going to be crushing.

you know i knew sakura would have a scene with naruto like this cuz she had a scene like this simillar to sasuke after the wave arc i thought what if naruto was like that what if he was lying there helpless and sakura snapped and realized her true feelings for him

nice... when you put it that way, then it will be really one hell of an emotional turmoil for our Sakura-chan.. now, i wish the long wait will be over soon...

When it comes to Sakura's actions, she could cry next chapter or so and have the biggest growth towards naruto but fans will still label a serious moment like this as "mutual friendship" despite even if sakura cried her whole heart out for naruto to not die. Even during the comeback moment with naruto standing up, her tears of joy will just be labeled as "content he is alright and that her friend is going to make it" really thats all they would call it.

 

Yet Hinata running to naruto in concern is obviously a display of real love even if Sakura has some kind of memory or self focus on herself thinking about how important naruto is to her, this would be completely disregarded by some just for hinata's static trait.

 

On the topic of what will happen with Gaara, Naruto, and Sakura, its really what happens to where they go.

 

-On the one hand its possible it may be Minato, it could be, but doing so would leave kakashi alone but kakashi has Obito resisting so if Obito manages to actually destroy the left rinnegan, it could be done so it would deny madara his full power. Its not hard to imagine what kakashi could do alone though, he has pulled through many times, he managed to defeat obito in the kamui dimension despite having been trashed by pains bodies. But on this speculation of it being Minato giving naruto dark kurama, this creates a special situation where if one who has a strong stamina after tailed beast extraction were to get a good porition of their removed tailed beasts chakra back, could it possibily act as a countermeasure to halt the extraction toll? Kurama is technically the only tailed beast in effect, split up due to what Minato did on him with the reaper death seal. So really we can say Madara has 8.5 tailed beasts, not all 9. I mean the ten tails can still activiate but its hard to see how the final remaining half of all the tailed beasts will become the comeback to stop madara when he could essentially pull the same thing on Naruto right away, unless he teams up with sasuke and whatever he gets in his comeback, I dont know.

 

-If things go naruto gets dark kurama, when sasuke is revived, I only see their team work again with sasuke's hashirama jutsu still lurking around as the means to be the start of stopping madara.

 

-The fruit on the tree though, technically the empty husk of the ten tails is still present (the flower Obito created not the gedo statue) its still present and when the extraction of obito occured, the whole allaince jumped to stop madara. If its true, Kurama may have told gaara about the fruit. If the fruit of the shinju is powerful, it may be able to save naruto but then wouldn't that put naruto in god mode? Not sure.

 

I think the biggest mystery for us NS fans right now is what Sakura does next or how she reacts more beyond that last page the other mystery is yes what did kurama tell gaara to do? It was at least smart of gaara to take Sakura with him to impede narutos slow death but her role may go further than trying to keep him alive, I mean like yes a developmental moment or some action needed like if in the minato situation if Minato needed her for a transfer to naruto or something else.

If beginning to weep over Naruto as he is dying in front of her doesn't show love, then how else can you show it? I suppose some people think that for it to be romantic she has to think about Naruto's 'warm chest' as she presses her hands against it to heal him and his "lovely face" as he lies there dying.

Yea Kishi leaving it on cusp really left me wanting more NS.

 

I hope you guys are right, in regards to a more emotional Sakura coming, (she did seem to confused and on the verge of tears) especially when Naruto actually "dies" or when she finds out that Kurama was extracted, which I really hope she does. 

 

Hopefully Kishi drags this on just a little bit and it isn't resolved too soon. There needs to be some extended and private NS time. 

 

KnS mentioned when she yelled out for Naruto during the Pain arc and it got me thinking what an awesome scene. Says so much in a such a small way, it was also down very well, very cinematic like it was taken out of a movie. 

 

Inferno180 to your point about people thinking its a "mutual friendship" and that Sakura is just happy that Naruto is okay, I say who cares. Let them think what they wanna, we know they're wrong and in the end their will be no room for speculation so enjoy the NS :)

I was nervous, cold, and still didn't recover from excitement. Plus, I didn't really plan this one, rather just say it from what's in me and pretty much lost track. I think I'm more of a pause guy, then speak, rather than run-on, so that will be my way from this point forward. I do know Spanish and Japanese (very minor).

Well, he chose Hinata for a reason apparently. The logic is based on Hinata's appearance alone, while ignoring the context and what she said. None of her words suggest that she'll keep running for Naruto, in fact it did the opposite.

 

The next comment says "of course she will panic if someone dies in front of her". Putting her bond with Naruto down with all the others. She stayed levelheaded while healing them, even friends like Shikamaru and Hinata, but we've just never seen Sakura-chan like this.

Romantic love is not 100% romance. Lovers have platonic moments too, you know? No one said this moment was romantic, just that her feelings will soon shine through.
