I think maybe she won't and she'll run off and that's why Naruto goes after her and offers to have a cup of ramen in his room.
BY JOVE THAT MAKES SENSE
He knows she's too shy to eat with the group, and he's a nice guy, so he offers her cup ramen. And Hinata, being Hinata, freaks out at the mere mention of going to his room.
I wonder if the "I thought you loved me like I like ramen" was a mistranslation of this scene? Would make sense.

This right here epitomizes why I hate Hinata. I mean, look at that ! All her friends who she grew up with are hanging out, sharing a laugh. You would think she would go and join them and enjoy their company but NOOOO ! The only thing this pathetic girl is capable of thinking about is Naruto-kun and how to talk to him alone. Others don't even matter to her.
You know what's even more pathetic? She gets her alone time later and all she manages is to blush furiously and run away from the scene- typical Hinata 
How on Earth does Naruto end up with this wussy ?!

Eh... is this scene make a little bit more hope for us?
Sadly no, I don't have hope because I don't believe in this author anymore. If we're lucky, he might backtrack again or the genjutsu theory would be true. But I believe he didn't plan NS in this movie. Sakura will friendzone Naruto at best and push him toward Hinata and that make me a little sick and sad as well :(.
