I envision Sasuke holdng little regard for the wellbeing of his comrades. His focus will be centred upon defeating Jubi using every conceivable means at his disposal, regardless of what repercussions that may entail to the shinobi who would inevitably suffer from the collateral damage of his battling. If this presumption is true, then that will be one of the underlying detriments to his principles. Sasuke is technically fighting for Konoha's preservation but he is only doing so to achieve his own self-centred objectives. There is no acknowledgement of the people who represent what Konoha stands for or compassion for his comrades. At best he perceives their intervention as a means to achieving his own ends.
In many regards Sasuke is no different than Danzo or Madara. That will ultimately be his undoing at the hands of Naruto who now has the support of the entire world. Honestly, it's peculiar that back when he was initially setting out to destroy Konoha that he still valued the lives of his companions (Taka) yet now after having been "reformed" by Hashirama and Itachi, honouring the wishes of the latter in the process, he's apathetic towards the wellbeing or opinions of others. It's like a revolving carousel of emotions where Sasuke's personality suddenly shifts from one extremity to the other when given the proper catalyst.
