It took me forever to realize Sakura was never meant to be that kind of heroine. Definitely had to do with me expecting too much from her role. Funny random thought, but I just wonder how well Kishi's potential next manga would do if it had a female character in the role of the main protagonist.....romance subplot02not included. I would pay top dollar to see how far he'd go before mucking it up.

i suddenly raised the heroine thing topic as what I was wondering was that

consider if SS happens in manga, it will probably demote her role

and that may give Hinata a chance to have a superior role in movie



that what was the purpose of Sakura???

even if SS happens in the movie, then still NH will have good chances & Hinata will definitely have superior role

Has anyone checked out the preview for next week's WSJ, by any chance on the international site? There's a brief sentence for this series above the little blurb for "Bleach." I obviously have no idea what it's saying, but I was wondering whether anyone does understand it and whether it's of any importance. (Sorry if this is off topic.)

Speaking of fashion and such, I still can't get over Naruto's t-shirt look in the recent character designs that were released. What the bloody hell was that? 

 

(On the other hand, I'm totally fangirling over how he and Sakura had similar postures. They really are meant to be together!  )

Naruto's movie design is a bit of a dispointment, he still doesn't look like an adult, he looks like an highschooler.

And Sakura looks like she's 14.

Too bad, because Kishi's sketchs of Sakura were good (except for the fat ass)

I actually like his casual style for the movie, and I think his new haircut looks good with it, in a strange way. Of course, I think it's only okay when it's styled in those moments; when it's pushed back with his headband, it's really awkward. Of course, his Part II/Shippuden outfit will probably be my favorite, barring any further costume changes, if you will, which probably will happen, since I'm betting on seeing a fully adult Naruto becoming Hokage and etc.

I am still convince that Hinata is definitely sad in that picture and for me its not the face of a person waiting for their boyfriend or husband to return. Well, it's up for you preferences.
