heh, Touka really deserves it. She's such a badass character (I really need to finish reading this manga T_T ) 

Fairy tail ? really ? maybe this is thanks to the fanservice ...

What chapter you're on? Touka is first, Kaneki is second, Hide is third, and Haise Sasaki (someone from :re) is forth.

Who knows, but like many have said, it's rare for female character to get any recognition. Credit to where it's due.

especially when it is a shonen manga, and the MC is generally a overpowered guy ! 

Anyway, I'm glad to know that things like this still happen  !

Hmm, I need to read the manga to understand why she is number one. I doubt it's only b/c of fanservice b/c otherwise we'd have a female lead like Elizabeth from Nanatsu no Taizai in at least the top 3 (god help me). I do think though that Lucy has a strong personality.

To be honest, Lucy is pretty developed and she has been on the journey throughout the series so far *stares at Naruto.* Not only that but she does get into battle many times, though the tournament while did good wasn't the best to showcase her, especially the loss. But later on, she got better and get new power for not just her established style (summons), but as well as herself. I thought it won't be more of her character, but I was wrong. I was hindered by another series to make me think it's not the standard. *restare*

You'll be pleased with women power. I am. Just wish less fan service...lol.
