I really don't know why they aren't showing Himawari she's a child of Naruto too.....

Assuming she's younger than Boruto, she's still in academy. She can thus not be really part of the main cast. She might be part of the new generation, but I suppose it's supposed to focus on Boruto's and Sarada's relationship more who are the equivalent of Naruto and Sasuke. Himawari will most likely be shown from time to time as a reminder that Naruto has two kids.

Be glad b/c Himawari's appearance looks grotesque.

The Sarada/sakura pics are more accurate then I thought. Just wish they gave Sarada on of Sakura's two most defining features.

Feel like AC got lucky with women target audience, so I can't comment on quality. Haikyuu is excused because it's great. So at least BnHA is promising for battle manga category. Still, AoT could have sealed WSJ for good with no worries. They even tried a dark manga but failed. Hell, I wanted a dark series.

Ugh, I honestly don't know what gender demographic likes AC. All I know is that its concept is unique, but repulses and attracts at the same time others.

 

 

AC not really popular by it's last characters popularity poll, and series really medicore in terms of shonen. But characters well written there.

Haikyuu, I'm still thinking that it's a fan-service sport for girls

I'm not a big fan of AC either tbh although I do see what others might like about it. Yes, but AC is selling a huge amount of copies lately. When has that popularity poll been released?

Haikyuu! is not , I repeat,  is not, fanservice for girls goddamnit, how many times do I need to tell you that T_T ? We're not talking about Free! What makes you think it is fanservice b/c obviously you're not referring to sixpacks and muscles ? The characters are super likable, and the teamwork among the guys is one of the best ones I've ever seen in manga in general. Ask NS4Life and GH who love the manga.

I personally find it hard to recognize Sakura in these pics. Just pick one of them, and hide the others, you'll see that there's nothing that makes you think that she is Sakura and not someone else.

But it's not handsome guys like Free! or Prince of Tennis. That's what trang is trying to say. I read it and there's no male showing body. It's just characters being larger than life.

Well it is just Sakura with Sarada's hair and glasses. She looks like what an older Sarada would look like. I think the pics were made to show that Sarada has Sakura's face and there is some resemblance if you look for it.

Is the series worth checking out? I'm thinking about catching up.

Well, that's b/c it is focusing on a male volleyball team. I can't change that fact. I mean, it's not like girls are extinct in that manga. And the manga does show from time to time the female volleyball team. Just recently, a few very strong female teams have been shown. It's already hinted that the mangaka will explore them more in the future. No females in the manga= Fanservice for Girls... I don't get that logic, sorry

i don't think naruto looks like his mom, but he does have certain traits from her. it's the same way i see with sarada, she doesn't look like sakura but she has certain traits from her. hell, sakura looks more like kushina than naruto does. i don't see it as a big deal anymore.

Maybe Free effect happened. Lol. But seriously, I too thought that for Haikyuu, thinking "Oh come on...You got Free, what more do you want?" Watched couple of episodes, "Wow, you were right." My girlfriend had to convince time after time because I was thinking a bit of "You wrecked Naruto, stop wrecking supposed male targeted series already!!!" with tears and all. Ok I didn't cry but I was like down the dump or whatever the expression saying goes.

Eh... It's barely intresting in general, not bad, everything is well writen, but it's totally shonen, school theme isn't that intresting there. You could try, you will like female characters there, there isn't even one mishanded character there.

Well, I only saw MC and his friends all the time, so that's a main screen time, no ladies arount, I mean, there is other sport mangas with with little to no females, but I'm seeing girl's to like that much of that manga, so that's where I'm getting fan-service idea from.

This isn't real life, it's a story... it could be easily fixed. Just don't give her glasses...it's that simple. I still don't know what Kishi was thinking when he designed these kids.
