Well, he doesn't have sage, so not sure where the healing comes from. We'll see.

I think sasuke only gain hashi chakra and/or jutsu to bind madara or null his sage power thus depower him greatly.

still he can survive the stab if the chakra perform auto regeneration.

i just read the chapter again :S hashi did say madara took his sage powers.. he only gave him a counter move for madara's stolen sage powers.. well there's still juugo, karin. orochimaru even.

There's a certain irony that comes with the prospect of Sasuke housing Hashirama's chakra (assuming that's what it actually is). Not only does it open up an avenue for him to develop the Rinnegan, but it could also give him auto-healing abilities like some of you suggested and he may receive a mild affinity for Mokuton jutsu. The same abilities which many people have tried to link to Sakura and Tsunade.

you need hashirama body(cell/dna) in order to perform wood jutsu or awakening rinnegan.

I think hashirama auto regeneration come from his sage mode passive abilities(like frog kata) OR it come from his sexy  body who happen to be the ultimate body(jubiwood).

His chakra alone has been shown to offer self-healing perks. DNA itself contains chakra as well. The potential is still there even without the genetic material being implanted onto Sasuke albeit it's probably weaker than anything seen from even the lowliest of the Zetsu army.

I can't find an exact scan specifically stating that DNA contains chakra, but in many instances where DNA was harvested and implanted into someone, it's often referred to as chakra. Be it Danzo whose eye is said to contain Shisui's chakra, Kabuto who had Orochimaru's chakra, or Zetsu and Hashirama with the diagnosis made on his body.

Why are some people of the impression that Sakura will love both Naruto and Sasuke but in the end she will choose Naruto and still have feelings for Sasuke(even if we still don't have a legit reason for Sakuras love for him) what kind of love is that ? Its just something i noticed people talking about a lot after 661. Do people really think that SS is this some kind of a tragic love story that had any basic even to begin with , do people really think Sasuke had this "romantic" feelings or was starting to fall in love with Sakura in part 1 but couldn't let him self to love her cus of the path he choose when there is nothing to prove this but on the contrary .

as far as i know biology about our cells perticularly it is certain that DNA contains chakra as without DNA cell cant have ,do or give up doin anything on its own if there want chakra in DNA it wouldnt havfe inherited from one generation to another

Exactly   it just that people often forget Naruto's feelings on this subject , if he feels that Sakura still has even the slightest of feelings for Sasuke he would never accept her he's not that kind of a men just like you said its all or nothing for him , also people really went to far with 661 and this SS thing its like all the negativity that they had  prior this chapter just vanished in a tin air , like it didn't matter at all .

Well, I'll be off for a while. Here's something for fun.

 

Obito's battle has the battle with NaruSaku and NaruHina fans due to their involvement.

 

Madara's battle possibly has the battle with NaruSaku and SasuSaku fans due to the two main characters involvement, though it's only a speculation. Also, a new "base" could sneak in or not. Clue: It has to do with Sasuke.

Here's my theory: Garra will bring Naruto to Sakura just to heal him. But without Kurama inside of him, his death is inevitable. Naruto says his dying words and confessed his love for her. He dies. Sakura breaks down, and finally comes to admit that she loves him, needs him and can't live without him. Another ObiRin tragic ending. Will he be resurrected? I beleive so. 

 

I don't really see anything like that happening. Maybe it's my inner cynic talking but I'm not pinning my hopes on any NaruSaku moments right now, not anything explicitly romantic anyway, pairing moments never seem to happen when or how people quite expect them to so I'm kind of wary about trying to predict them. And perhaps I'm being nitpicky, but I'm not much fond of the "Sakura can't live without him" part, it makes her sound needy and helpless. I don't care for female characters being made out like they need a man to have a purpose in life, I would hope if Naruto did actually die (which is highly unlikely but just speaking theoretically) that Sakura would continue on to lead a meaningful life like he would want her to.

I assume the damage when a bijuu take away from his jinchuriki is same when a person goes 7 or 8 gate.

it restain the body and if you don't have uzumaki vitality you will die right away, unless you got a medical treatment.

thus why I believe if tsunade is around, minato can save kushina life. but this is just a speculation.

 

so in my prediction, sakura will use her seal power/chakra to perfom heavy healing tech to naruto.

 

 Personally, I don't believe getting medical treatment is enough, regardless of any special vitality Naruto may have inherited from his mother. Kushina was still dying, even if it didn't happen right away, and if medical treatment was all it would have taken to save her I see no reason why she wouldn't have sought it out, so that her son would not grow up an orphan. But she didn't and there was no mention made of it, so I can only conclude that her death was a forgone conclusion no matter what.

I understand, but it doesn't explain why Kushina would die even doing the seal. It seems like Naruto needs to stall his death or have Obito do the sacrifice soon.

 

This is actually a very good point. People keep saying that Naruto simply needs to insert the other half of Kurama inside him in order to recover, but if we go by what happened with Kushina that won't do any good. Naruto would still die anyway and temporarily seal the other Kurama in his body for a while, just like Kushina originally planned to do.

 

Since a simple pass along of the other Kurama won't do any good then what other possible options exist?

Yeah , i'm getting this vibe that Sakura will find out about both Naruto's and Sasuke's state. I believe Kishi is going to make a couple canon very soon through this.

 

Sasuke shippuden is about right now seeing as he is just OP as hell, doesnt train for anything he just gets everything on a plate, and gets to run the show
