She might be referring to "papa" as Naruto.

It's outright weird. "Mom, boys are really stupid. But you know, he (meaning Bolt) and I have some things in common. At least when it comes to papa, I'm really shanaroo!"  the hell is this. And then Madara Sasuke seems to have heard something (his daughter's shanaroo?  ), but dismisses it as his imagination. Oh, and when everyone else is concerned about Hokage matters and Gokage meeting, Sakura is just dusting shelves at home. Either Kishi deliberately kittened up this chapter to look like some really bad fanfiction, or there's something underneath the underneath the underneath...

Yep!! You know what's funny? These "leaks" showed up not too long after the chapter spoilers were released. They're so different, and no way in hell Bolt and Himawari are the same age. Unless Toneri is the reason why we have these sketches, they can't be Bolt and Himawari. They looks like they're only a year or two apart. If they were the same age, why wasn't she in the academy along with her brother in 700? Sarada is there. Bolt looks so different in that sketch, his eyes are lilac and his hair isn't as blonde. Let's compare them. They don't look as fake compared to the terribly drawn ones in that bunch, but still, they're so off. Maybe they were drawn by someone who saw the chapters before us, so that's why they were conveniently "leaked" before we got the chapter spoilers of Himawari and Bolt.

First off, the hair! The hair styles are COMPLETELY different. In the epilogue, Himawari's is flared up at the ends and has a curve at the top. The closest thing I can use as an example of her hair style is Lee's hair style back in part 1.

This leaked movie sketches have her hair really straight, and it isn't even that far off from the length in the epilogue sketch. The color is so off too. Hinata's hair isn't even that dark, plus her eyes in here lighter than Naruto's. She has the little apple stem on her hair, but we don't know if it's tied in a hair tie like the one in the movie sketch because that part is blocked out from the manga (lol, convenient.) Though I might just be hella tired, I notice a glimpse of the hair tie in the epilogue? I don't know if I'm just seeing things or that's actually a hair tie Hinawari has:
 

 
The speech bubble is hiding her apple stem (lol sorry idk what else to call it).... It's not just writing on a grave either, because the color is showing up as white (at least in PS) and not grey like the grave. One of the things supporting NH kids is that they both have this stem right? But it's hidden because of the speech bubble in this panel when you get the back view of her hair, and I'm not sure if the image above has a glimpse of a hair tie or if it's just me.
 
Oh, and I forgot to mention, her clothes are completely different. In the epilogue, her clothes are sunflower inspired (since her name means sunflower) and here they're just... really plain. Unless we're going to see these kids at the end of the movie (which I doubt!), then this makes no sense. Anyways, idk what these images are supposed to be. It doesn't look like the Himawari we have in the epilogue..cause she's too different.

First off, the hair. The hair style isn't different (though the bangs are completely different), but the color sure is. Bolt's hair is the same color as Naruto, yet here it resembles the color of dead grass (beige yellow). Not to mention the biggest give-away, his eyes.. his eye color in here is lilac, but in the epilogue they're blue like Naruto. I think someone here already mentioned it, but that symbol in the movie sketches is supposed to look like that symbol on Naruto's seal right? I think the skin tone in the movie sketch is a bit darker but I'm not sure. Notice how that apple stem is there clearly. 
 
Plus you mentioned Bolt is VERY young here... as old as Himawari. Why? Bolt has to be older than her in the epilogue, so it doesn't even make sense how they're the same age if these movie sketches are legit. Honestly, I doubt the legitimacy of some of these sketches. Not the ones that look really legit (like Toneri, the monsters) but just some of the character ones, since of them looked rough and don't add up with 700 )
 
His clothes are different here too. We don't even see the seal sign in 700, but a 6-sided bolt symbol (someone pointed out how it could be that) on the back of his shirt. I feel like all there clothes represent something ahaha

I just noticed, Himawari's clothes in the movie looks exactly like Hinata's casual clothes

I've been doubting them for a while now. Sarada would have at least been shown once with the leaks, but we still haven't seen her at all. And the fact that some of the art looks terrible compared to others makes it even more suspicious.

theres also the fact that sakuras necklace was hidden...you show us the nh kids but hide the necklace? weird, especially since necklace wasnt meant to be hidden with her casual outfit if we go by her original sketches

Now that I think of it isn't this movie supposed to take place during the gap between chapter 699 and 700 and explain how Naruto and Hinata fell in love?

 

if so when do their children come into play? During the epilogue? What does that make chapter 700?
