It amazed me that Hinata just stood there. According to the previous chapters I would have assumed that at least jump in front of Naruto if she didn't have anything to say. Team Asuma did jump near him but mostly because of Ino.

Speaking of side characters... Where is Team Gai we didin't see alot of Lee and Tenten for the last chapters... and they wasen't there when Sasuke arrive.

The best part is knowing that Hinata's character is limited she cant become part of the team 7 plot and neither has anything to do with Naruto/Sasuke or even the main plot of the story she just "!" two times on the reactions not even a comment, it's proven that her character is limited and she's not the heroine that the NH fandom claims like she's important to the story or whatever.

I think Hinata's finished too. We're done with the rookies now, it's team 7's turn.

Remember how JiratsuOro(lol?) became the sannin? Hanzo named them san=three nin=..ninja XD because they were three very strong ninjas who could stand up against him. Madara may do the same to team 7, but I want a new name.

What makes chapter 631 along with 630 so good, its just that 631 had almost everything we could only dream of, but it was a perfect chapter for Sakura.

Aside from the Sakura-Kushina parallel confirmed, the highlight of this chapter in my opinion is when Naruto said for Sakura to rest up and she asserts herself. Its just incredible how the build went, from the last chapter Sakura spoke directly because she understood Naruto and clearly spoke what he was thinking. Its just greater how she insisted on fighting even saying she had a great power as well. Those few panels of her telling him this, then the stare down to which Naruto simles, thats the highlight for me, he knows what she is capable of. Its literally like that now, Naruto and Sakura can read each other perfectly. Sakura knew what Naruto thought in 630. Naruto knows Sakura and her own determination.

Obviously the best part is how team 7 is fighting together again even with Sasuke being there doing this as an enemy of my enemy type deal. I still just love how people say Sakura will go back to Sasuke, well Sasuke is there and helping but she remained shocked, cautious towards him (after the land of iron events), and confused by what he said over hokage. Yet look who she kept insisting to, Naruto. Basically its an "oh no you don't, I'm helping this time no matter what you say." Basically Sakura is fully relaying her 573 words again and again. Sakura is focused on Naruto now more than ever.

I wonder about them too. Gai had to tell Minato about Obito. I would say that is important news but they only commented about the barrier.

Like many others, I believe that it's Byakugō no Jutsu. Sakura said she had been storing her chakra for a long time, which is exactly what Tsunade does with the Yin Seal on her forehead.

However, that raises a question. Where is Sakura's Yin Seal? If it's on her forehead, has she cast a genjutsu to conceal it - perhaps because she might be still be a little sensitive about her forehead..? ;)

Actually I did a thread regarding that and how the Sannins trio situation will be put in the context of hokage matter.
And now that I think, the 3rd is there, so he might allude to this parallel since the 3 sannins were his students.

I think it'd be cool if it were on her forehead/back or chest to be honest. I mean, the forehead isn't the only place it can be stored I'm sure but given how her forehead is "special", I wouldn't mind it there. It'd be cool if it was a circle though.

I definitely wouldn't mind that at all. It'd show off her genjutsu skills even a little bit. As for the forehead kiss, I know none of us would be opposed to it but if he did that, it's canon and people will rage like mad.

In the context we were discussing... I told my friend that Sakura didn't deny it she just head butted Naruto and her answer was the aforementioned.
Meaning, for Sakura is a big deal and acted that way because it wasn't like they were married. Meaning,you know, announcing the marriage plans and such.
Yet she didn't deny it because there IS something there.
Do I make sense?

This is the problem how this can help her to defeat the juubi, as i remember they are going to use the strongest techniques to attack the juubi, the byakugo is a regeneration jutsu that allows tsunade to fight without caring about regeneration it doenst increase her power, her power it's the same it's just a regeneration technique not a sage mode.

Well I agree. You don't say you're in a relationship until it's official. And most of the time even when you're IN a relationship, if you're living in a Japanese culture you try to hide it. Regardless, sooner or later people will figure out if it's obvious though. It doesn't necessarily mean that it is "going steady with family plans" official if you are talking about the relationship with your friends.

HOWEVER if you are talking about it with your parents it's serious business. I don't think this is the case only in Japan. It's pretty much the same in other Asian countries. We're not that frank with our parents. We introduce our bf/gf/lover when we are in a serious relationship, as in considering engagement level serious(most of the times. there might be exceptions)

Actually you might be right about this. If the Sage Mode possible for Tsunade, I read about, will be given to Sakura, kitten, prepare cause things are going to get really BADASS!

You know, it's possible that that isn't all she has. I mean, she talks about stored chakra so it's possible she'll execute more than one technique when she reveals.

Well, Sakura is joining the front lines, which breaks the three rules of medic-nins.

Tsunade has decreed that only medical-nin who have mastered this technique are permitted to break the first three rules that govern their role on the battlefield — which effectively prohibit their direct involvement in any conflict — that she herself established.

Sakura does have plenty of power, we've just had precious few opportunities to see that in action. She once shattered a massive boulder so that everyone could rush in to rescue Gaara, and we also saw her take out a Zetsu clone (which is very tough and durable) with a single blow. Using Byakugō would enable her to mix her strength with instant regeneration, making her extremely dangerous in close combat. It's also possible that Naruto will lend her his Kyuubi chakra again to give her an extra boost.
