Chapter 700 and this movie are of different timelines. That was 15 years into the future, this is not.

If this is IT then I'm more concerned about 699 there is literary no escaping that so how do we explain Sakura brushing of Naruto no NS at all Sakura fangirlism and SS forehead poke of love 
. Seriously 700 is not the problem its 699 that's what destroyed Sakura / NS in the first place so unless 699 is also a part of some IT I'm calling BS on everything .
