I've gone and read a few different translations and opinions.... It really does seem to me like NaruHina indeed was Kishi's intended pairing for a long time, even before NaruSaku. =/ Sorry guys.. He only "thought about/considered" Sakura ending up with Naruto and that was most likely after he planned for Hinata to be the one. His thought process went like this "NH -> NS -> NH". The reason he didn't do NS wasn't because of NH though. It was because of Sakura loving Sasuke for far too long in the manga already and it would make her look bad if she changed her feelings so "late".  
 
Oh that guidebook picture Hinata looks weird to me.  Her chest is... bleh.

We actually don't know exactly when he planned for NH to be canon. This series has been running for fifteen years, a long time ago can mean anything as early as two years ago. He could have decided to go NS then NH or NS, then NH for all we know. And that's only assuming he's telling the truth -- I doubt he'd admit he decided on NH in the last minute if that was the case.

Despite what he's said... That's not what he wrote in the manga. Aside from the parallelisms, having the other characters comment about Sakura's feelings, and showing us Naruto still wanted to confess to her after all that time, he also gave Naruto and Sakura scenes that showed they cared for each other, consistently throughout the story.

More precisely sasuke fan.

I don't think he's doing Sasuke any favours by pairing him with a woman he finds insufferable. Maybe that's why he's shown to be a wanderer still with Taka presumably stalking him, even though he has a wife and kids at home.

If he did really plan NH years ago, it would be ten times worst tbh. You don't know how to do romance? Do don't it. It's a shonen after all, why did he bother himself doing that? That man is a mess

Yes of course. Naruto will teach Hinata how to say 'dattebayo' and Hinata will give cooking lessons to Naruto 

 

Unfortunately, 700 shows that Naruto would rather eat instant ramen than his loving waifu's hand-made dishes. 

 

 

 

Yeah, no one would have believed that the movie will involve a plot with a main villain who's main goal is to marry Hinata a month ago.

When the movie spoilers, about the moon approaching the Earth, first came out I automatically came to the conclusion that it was a SP movie. I thought Kishimoto probably had little to do with it because the plot sounded so lame.

 

Little did I know that this crap of a plot would end up being better and make more sense than Kishimoto's epilogue chapter of his 15 year manga.

Now its clear why he made Hinata keep saying 'Naruto-kun'. It was to show her devotion and loyalty to her man. And remember-- If Hinata had stopped obsessing about Naruto and started caring about others in her life, it would make her a terrible woman.

I think when they say 'unbiased' they mean 'unbiased translator' cause his translations are accurate most of the times irrespective of how it affects any pairings. Though I can't know for sure. Only other translators like ramenanmitsu and rikudou can confirm.

Justify? I'm being rational about this, instead of throwing up conspiracy theories or being sexist towards a female character who ended up with the main character. I think a lot of people were looking for too much out of Naruto, and really, most of these people read it for free online anyway. The harassment of Kishi's assistant was juvenile and plain ignorant, and that petition? It saddens me how we're essentially the most childish part of the fandom right now.

You're not being rational, l don't feel like dissecting your previous post because l'm tired of these debates now that we've lost the pairing wars but it makes zero sense, it's completely incoherent. lt's extremely annoying that you call Kishimoto being a sexist a "conspiracy theory" or imply that people who think Hinata is a kitten character are sexists. l also don't see what the actions of a few tards from our fandom have to do with anything. Frankly to me you sound more like one of these idiot NH fans who can't stand the idea that some people hate the ending and are trying to convince everyone else it was great and if you have a problem with it it's your fault for not reading the manga properly. lt doesn't work, it's extremely annoying, stop it.

This movie will capitalize on the recent naruto ending and romance of nh.
If this movie is flop, I will put my photo on my avatar.

This movie won't flop. Because it's a money grabbing machine, and sadly, people never realize that.

- Naruto fans and I even dare say some NS fans (definitly not me ) will go ( 699 - movie - 700, the fact that they left the movie to explain the in between, some people will go, though they know it's gonna be a kitten explanation, would want to hear it, thus having a certain closure )

The spin-off project however, nope that will flop if you ask me, those kind of project never made as much as the original and with an kitten ending like that. NOPE that I'm almost sure it will flop.

He's accurate because he's Japanese, but he always adds his own opinion which makes him the complete opposite of unbiased. A true unbiased translator (which probably doesn't exist as you always have to interpret words according to your own personal values) would just translate things in the most literal way and let people interpret them as they want.

And that's what disappoints the most. None of the three main characters showed any development.

 

Sasuke remained the same careless and uncompassionate guy he was in chapter 3. The source of all his pain was the loss of his family and loneliness but he leaves behind his daughter and wife and is roaming the world..?

 

Sakura remained the same fangirl she was in chapter 3. All her dreams of being as important as Naruto and Sasuke have vanished. She is apparently satisfied to be a housewife dusting book-shelves.

 

Naruto actually regressed. He got the worst treatment. He seems to have lost his smile, he seems to have lost his passion and energy, he seems to have lost his goofiness that made him adorable. The boy who suffered so much because he did not get the love of a father and a mother is allowing his son to suffer the same pain...? 

 

Truly a terrible ending.
