Yes, this happens first and then Sakura confesses to Naruto. Hinata's Pein arc confession also needs a resolution. So Naruto has a choice. He rejects Hinata and chooses Sakura. All in all,

1) Naruto gets to choose trashing the Silver-medal argument for good.

2) Hinata and Sasuke get rejected, NH/SS fandoms sink, NS fans can party and I can LOL at all the NH/SS fans.

I'm well aware SK and SS are worst than NH from a moral POV. I just hate NH more. It's in my gutts, I can't change that.

Maybe because I believe Sasuke is going to change for the better... Maybe it's the fandom's attitude... I don't know...

I get that but  you are expecting for Sasuke to turn 360 like what SS thinks that was never his character his entire persona is not gonna change or else there is no point to his character and how he's written he's an general kitten  changing for Sasuke will come only about his views not doing evil deeds he's not gonna be supporting and lovey dovey all of a sudden .  I can go even more about this and how it doesn't excuse his past behavior but I rather not drag this anymore .   

 

I can understand why you hate NH more as a fan of her  but its kind of a DS  to say just bc Sasuke will "change" it will negate all of the negativity or will make SS better when it wont  bc it doesn't erase his overall treatment of her . My advice don't listen to the other fandom they are crazy as it is and judge it for how its written so far no how it can be bc it doesn't change the negativity or their dynamic which is kitten and none existent .

I think she is denying the fact that naruto love sakura despite having a great eye. I believe she will come to her own conclusion that naruto will never love her, because that is the fate of violet girl.

This has nothing to do with taste but with common sense you guys are talking about how an abusive relationship like SS is more good then none abusive just bc of more panels   I'm not a female but its degradation of the worst kind and as a human being  Naruto not thinking about Hinata in romantic way is no degradation to her nor does it make him a monster bc he does appreciate her as a friend like all of his comrades saying otherwise is going against something he's simply not .  

 

I don't mind if anyone in here hates NH  I hate it with a passion to , but I do mind  that an abusive relationship is better then an comrade or none existent one  that's wrong on so many levels  .  Now lets stop this and refrain from this kind of debates  its unappealing and not for this thread .

Naruto ignored Hinata's confession for 4 years.That is degrading her because it makes it look like he doesnt give a kitten and now that he realises Sakura still loves Sasuke he finally decided to give a kitten about her in 4 years

 

I agree that SS is abusive but its got something to remember it by

2.The confession

3.The handhold

4.The Chunnin exams

Not even caring enough to acknowledge her feelings enough to reject her puts Naruto into a bad light...

I know that this fandom doesn't like seeing Naruto and Hinata interact because of the cringe, but come on... it needs to be adressed after all the fuss Kishi made about the whole deal.

I would have agreed with this before. . but after what happened in 693, I think it'll be Sakura realizing who she truly loves and this time convincing Naruto that she loves him.

What do you mean by 'one who started NS' ? Naruto has not once told Sakura how he feels about her and I don't think he ever will unless he is certain that Sakura has resolved her issues with Sasuke. For this to happen, Sakura has to convince Naruto, by words or action, that she has gotten over Sasuke or else it'll be Kage Arc all over again.

NH needs a resolution too just like NS and SS.

Not even caring enough to acknowledge her feelings enough to reject her puts Naruto into a bad light...

it's bad on both sides, but more so for hinata. she can't even take a hint.
