Ow god, just read Baguette's debate with the NH guy.

She also said she would walk with him, but Shikamaru did too. It's comradeship, foreshadowing how he'll be as a leader. They'll all walk with him.

I usually am not really annoyed with their arguments, but they throw away other characters heroic actions just to pretend that she's the one standing out. It's not fair for the others that has risked their life for him

And with chapter 615/616, it's confirmed what she meant by walking with him.
And we were right. Same as Shikamaru. (fighting side by side)

Next time (means on the battlefield), I'll be next to you, holding your hand... walking with you!
BUT... once this War ends, I'm going to stop once and for all.

A lot of NH fans didn't reread the chapter of the path to Radiance, this chapter that made them so happy, and that they gave a lot of importance for page 9, while ignoring page 8 wich reveals Hinata's intention to stop chasing after Naruto after her last moments next to him, by his side, in this War...



I know you guys are hesitating about the interpretation we should give for the "stop chasing after him" moment, but I'm sorry, it is so obvious in my eyes that there is no other explanation about her explicite words.
NH fans are blind, so there is no point on telling them this, but I'm sure some of you here will see the evidence of her meaning.
She probably already know about Naruto's feelings also, that's why I think she said she will move on after War.

I can see Hinata being the one to move on in terms this fans love triangle (yeah I said it). She seems to be more understandable character to move on while others look like they can feel bad for losing another.

The "next-time" part of her mental speech went from referring to "after this war," as initially implied by her prior statements, to literally the "next time" that they met on the battlefield. And as we've seen, her wish to "walk beside him, holding his hand" came true almost word for word, only to have all the romantic implications of it dashed away by 616. Now I can't help but believe that Kishi indeed intended to foreshadow that she will stop chasing after his affections by the end of the series.

P.S. And assuming that the fan-translations stayed true to the original better than the Viz translations did, the NaruSaku fan in me can't help but feel that Sakura's words of "no matter what you say this time, we'll be together" is a subtle hint towards this pairing's future. Of course, Kishi does follow up with having her say, "and not just me, but everyone...", but he probably had to for fear of making such foreshadowing too obvious.

Ah, thank you. Yeah, I can see her moving on than anyone else. She seems to pick up quickly. Maybe that's why we don't hear any stuff that relates to confession. I feel like the confession was a one time thing alas fan service because that arc is about how many people in Konoha appreciates Naruto in different ways. Hinata was about thanking him for giving her an inspiration to the point she loves him for it. That's it. At the end, I feel like she is willing to move on without much problem because it will be nice for Naruto to get someone who he loves. She may be a little upset but if Naruto is happy, then that's ok and she will move on and love can always be found anywhere, anytime.

And that's what Hinata fans are incapable to realize, a lot of them didn't even give a kitten for re-reading this panel, and the right page (the one where she says stop chasing after him).
Or maybe they re-read it and just want to interpretate it like they want. But the good interpetation of her words is what I just said.

Hmmm... well I don't really gave much importance in this panel, cause to me, it's already obvious with Yamato's speech that she will succeed in what she failed during all this time.
Yamato explained to her that the most important thing isn't what she can't do or not, but how she feels about him.

Next NS moment will be crucial.

Yup, and that's what a lot of NH fans are forgetting. NH is first of all "admiration"
It's all about Hinata, all about her growing up. The paring is secondary, because when you look at their moments, it always talk about Nindo, aknowledge, etc... never about a woman's heart or anything else.

I just don't understand where these insane perceptions of hinata began and grew into such nonsense at times.

I don't hate hinata just her insane fan base that blows things out of proportion. So many arguments I came across have them saying narusaku is dead and use aspects of naruto giving up. Wait wait wait, they show evidence of him succeeding again and again but giving up on sakura, they lost their own reasoning in example like this. I just cannot wrap my head around how fans can just idolize a simple minor character who had little relevance to the main story and only plays a slightly bigger role in the war.

She is not even in 100 chapters, how is she just hugely important? Naruto himself is not in the focus 100%. I would say he is around 80% of all chapters, sakura at least 70%, some arcs she was left behind like return of itachi, search for tsunade, and obviously the current war arc. In many others like Sasuke retrieval, hidan and kakuzu, and itachi pursuit, she still had an important side role in these at least appearing over hinata. Hinata just vanishes in part 1 after the Chunin exams. She has a minor apperence in sai arc and in the itachi pursuit yet only stays around standing doing little to nothing. How is she some ideal heroine as they perceive her to be when she only has 1 arc of real paced development and the rest is just scattered with minimal advances?

Worst naruhina fans act as if its impossible for sakura to fall in love with naruto, it's like it's harder than turning lead to gold. Yet they are okay with SS which destroys sasukes character? Neji honestly died for a character with not even 100 chapters? That's what most of us are pissed at neji died for minimal development in a lose sense. I don't even go to naruto wiki save for stuff like the Justu, I mean on hinatas page they still show her current event as holding narutos hand and not the events afterwards. I mean its like naruhina fans want to keep the perception of naruhina as big as it has got despite it being almost a hollowed idealology.

I don't want it to sound like I'm bashing but its this type of that makes us go are you serious? They even act as naruto is a love story and belongs to their fandom, no just no..... What has fandom come too?

Didn't Kishi basically confirm that the love triangle still exists too, I mean alongside even earlier saying how sakuras crush on Sasuke was selfish, seriously? Sure no resolution to the confessin has come but it's still logical to think that naruto still has feelings for her after what sai explained. They have been apart for a while but the confinement arc was about meeting his parents, his origin, and mastery over kurama. The war has been on everyone and lots of development and closure for many like gaara and team 10. Others like mifune and dauri being newer characters got some attention. With sakura gone for a bit save the zetsu and slight reunion with him on the field that reunion is the only interaction they have had since aside from telling her to heal Kakashi. Still if hinata started this chain of spotlight for everyone, obviously sakura is near the end. Plus with sakura out of the picture for some reason, only character reacting to hinatas speech, and not seen with the nine tails power along with sai, her depressed feelings over sasuke in 540, and tsunades potential death. Is it too hard to imagine sakura getting some powerup and change away from Sasuke with all these events laid down? To many sakura and narusaku haters, it's harder to imagine that Tobi was obito when it was obvious from the start.

I'm really excited to see their reactions when NH will die. They will probably bashing Naruto for being a jerk, and they hating Sakura even more than before.
Sakura, the b*tch in their eyes who stole Hinata's hapiness.

Honestly, I just want Kishi to end all of his NH fanservice, no, just make an end of NH, so that we never have to deal again with this kind of fandom.
I really mean it, even if I have some good relationships with some of them, most of them are just annoying and subjective as hell.
Hinata is just perfect to them, and Sakura is a b*tch.


The best way is to ignore them, but I understand that sometimes, it is really difficult.
Like you I'm not a Hinata hater, just got a big problem with her fans.
