It's only one chapter. We need to read the whole of it or maybe to a certain chapter before taking conclusion.

I'm surprised that Sakura has the right to do that. But on the other hand, knowing the picture part, she may be crazy as one expected.

I can understand a guy not knowing if he's a father but how can a MOTHER not know if she concieved a baby or not? Were both Sakura & Karin knocked into comas for 9 months and woken up with the baby already gone, and now they gotta play a guessing game to who bore the child? This is insane.

Another indication that she isn't working in a hospital anymore. I mean, I don't know how much doctors get paid in Konoha, but no way that Sakura is in such deep debt if she were a doctor.

Doctor's are supposed to get paid a lot and yet Sakura is poorer than Tsunade. The next Sannin losing her house and getting chased by the loan sharks.
