Seriously, that claim was so frickin random. He pops out of the woodwork and all of a sudden claim he's going to be Hokage. I was like Da fuq did i just read :-P

I can't believe Naruto didn't make a scene on his claim.

You know one of my ultimate fantasies was having not only that NS moment, but Sakura going sage mode in a fit of rage for Naruto to the point where Madara had to be put on his paces to avoid being killed even with Sakura going so far as even outright SHATTERING his Perfect Susano'o

 

1)Not only would it be balls the kitten awesome

 

2)The level of SALT from the haters would fill my soul with GLEE.

I favour Naruto's smile in 631 more. He gives them to no other than Sakura, and vica versa. We couldn't see his eyes even though I liked their eye contact.There was a sense of warmth in it.

If Tsunade or Jiraiya had blue eyes, I DEFINITELY could see 100% Kishi going this route, hell, I'd practically expect it.

Yeah, i still cry thinking abt that scene sometimes. To make up for that, hope Kishi makes a literal granny out of Tsunade by Making Naruto and Sakura's kids calling her Granny :-P

She wanted them both to acknowledge her. She wanted to prove them and herself she can fight alongside her teammates as their equal.

But yes, the look she gave Naruto and the smile he answered with was a pure NS moment, no denying that.

And I agree with this but i taught that you were saying that in 631 she was looking for acknowledgement from the both of them which is false cus her entire focus was solely on Naruto i was talking about that specific moment 632 is a different story,so sorry for any misunderstanding

Though it wasnt not that clear that she wants akowladgement from naruto only or from both naruto and sakura.

God dammit why did you have to remind me about his death the day Ero Sannin died was the saddest day in the entire history of all manga/anime the second most saddest day have to be Minato&Kushina's death scene i cried like a little baby on this one

It kinda reminds me of this moment in chapter 3:

In chapter 631, she said they shouldn't underestimate her. She was always watching their backs and wanted to be acknowledged as their equal.
And doesn't that last panel just scream: "yeah.. that's why I love her."???...

Well, I believe he met his wife after he started working on NARUTO (again, I might be wrong).. but Eiichiro Oda (author of One Piece) mentioned that Kishi's wife reminds him of Sakura.

Some people are always trying to dismiss these moments as something meaningless.. or use their favourite "bro and sis"  and other absurd interpretations. I guess there's no point in arguing with someone who denies the obvious just because they don't want to accept it. It's better not to waste your energy on those people, since it's unlikely that their opinions will ever change.

Just sit back and enjoy the ride in the company of fellow NS buddies.

 

The explanation of Naruto and Sakura being a sibling relationship has always bugged me, I have several siblings and I can assure you I definitely don't give them the kind of looks like the one pictured above, or act even close to them the way Naruto and Sakura do. It's so far from being a 'brother/sister' relationship.   I'm just going to assume that those who use that argument don't have siblings.
