About Choji and Ino: Waaaay back in part 1, there was some discussion about Choji's weight and never getting girls. And Shikamaru cheered him up by saying something like you're a nice guy, and the right girl will see through it or love you for it, or something like that. It was around the same time as Shika's interactions with Temari.
 
So later in the manga, a couple of time, Ino says how nice Choji looks when he's skinny. But then she also understands that his power comes from his heft, so basically, she's seeing him completely. 
 
Anyway, the dots are there if you want to connect them. And it's not hard to see why people would pair them anyway they resolve each other's character issues by seeing each other as they truly are, which then helps them to become better individuals. So it's the classic archetype of the character only being validated by some component of their love interest.
 
In going with Sai/Ino, Sai gets nothing and Ino looks like a shallow girl who went for the Sasuke look alike who once called her beautiful when the audience knows he meant the opposite. That resolution does not elevate her character. In fact, it goes backwards.
 
And Choji's pairing makes it feel like Kishimoto was just pulling names out of a hat!

Kishi tried to go full blown love aspect and he really did a bad job. Does it casually like every other series not romance genre, he's fine. What the hell...

I'm pretty sure they spoke because Sakura says "Bolt again?" implying that Bolt is usually being stupid and she knows...

Reading as SNS as couple made sense more than any... meh, there was nothing to it. Being brother doesn't mean being coupe. People seeing things is rather... scarry. It amaze me how they saying that as couple it made more sense than NS. Story didn't point there at all.

I think people see it as a couple because of what Sasuke/Naruto do for each other, and they think that because Naruto/Sasuke were both males they weren't together (Not entirely wrong at all because i'm sure most people would ship it if that was the case.....)

What are you talking about? Didn't Karin always talk kitten about Sasuke when he was being stupid? Sakura would never dare criticize him casually when he's up too no good... she's too fragile for someone like Sasuke. 

 

 

She criticized Sasuke for insulting Naruto in the Five Kage Arc, Karin did that when she was introduced she doesn't "talk kitten" to him....

Or Crimson flower moon. Whatever the name might be, it sounds dumb, the use of Crimson and Spring makes you think Kishi is going to try to justify the pairing by once again ruining NS instead of actually develop NH...Crimson makes you think Kushina who Kishi himself admitted was a hed redding for Sakura, and then we have Spring, Sakura's season.

 

Also what's with the name, wasn't this meant to be a mini series based on Bolt? Let me guess after the fans reactions and the lack of interests in Bolt, Kishi has been forced to change focus and make it about Naruto and more retcon to try and get them out of the mess they got themselves into? Though judging from the mess they made of the movie, the interviews and the LN's I feel we should just give them a shovel, because they will just keep on digging, and ruin their reputation even further.

 

Though I'm not surprised they would do this, I said it when the movie spoilers came out, Kishi is going to have to change his plans for the follow up to justify the end instead of write the crappy manga about the kids nobody cared for. Who want to place a sucker bet that the Bolt Movie has also had a complete rewrite to again try to justify their choices instead of whatever they originally planned?

 

Also how is this breaking news? they told us about the new series starting in Spring when the manga ended.

 

Edit: Ofcourse I could be completely wrong and it's really the love story between Naruto and Sasuke, Crimson flower could be Sasukes Sharingan I guess.

The Kage-summit arc... you mean the arc Sasuke was at his most dangerous/broken-down state? 

But what about the flower part? That doesn't have anything to do with the sharigan. Plus the last page in 700 has the shape and the eye in the center.. that's the IT. But bleh, it's Kishi we're talking about. Red herrings and miselads everywhere

 

 

Yes. She was as passive as anything. Point is is that she isn't aggressive when it counts. All of her back-talk is in comedic-relief situations and is pretty meaningless in the grand scheme of things. And later on Kishi doesnt even make her do that anymore. He officially regulates her to extreme fangirlism.
