What is the general opinion here about Sasuke's "proud smirk" on his face when he saw Sakura's real strength should it be taken as some kind of indication that he has feelings for Sakura ?

I keep wishing that one of these days Kishi would stop beating around the bush and deal with the sub plot. Guess that'll just be wishful thinking for a while. Don't know what to expect in the next chapter of the manga.

Pairings are saved until the end of the series. Usually in these kinds of manga the reason why the pairings don't happen until the end is because there is some sort of distraction or unresolved issue.
 
In the case of Naruto the unresolved issue is Sasuke and the distraction is the war.

I thought it was obvious. Sasuke's smirk shows that he's acknowledging her strength.

The subplot will be dealt with, if anything kushinas foreshadow is that way of addressing it once it appeared and 631 as we know continued that subplot.

Guess you're right. Too much suspense and drama right now for anything related to the romance Subplot.

People will do whatever they are going to do. Some people will stay, some people will leave, some people will join. As for the debate thread, I think it will be about Naruto and Sakura's unknown future, or perhaps it will be a sort of mutual discussion thread like it's been in recent times.

Well, if I recall, Kishi mentioned than Naruto will have a kid; a boy named Menma.
There's also a good chance that we'll gonna get some sort of epilogue. I'd love to see Naruto as a Hokage, husband & father. Same goes for rookies & Team Taka.

I think so to but so many mostly SS fans describe it as him being so proud of her(his waifu) and the glances they gave each other every time they see each other so i can't but wonder sometimes if i'm missing something ?

What Kishi said is that Menma was supposed to be the name of Naruto's kid but he used it in the RTN movie so he can use it again,and he also said that he has a new name for Naruto's kid and that name is Shinachiku it also has some connection with ramen hahaha

And god dammit this is way i love 631 so much despite the GF comment it not only destroys all of SS so called "glances" but it also destroys the NH's they can see in each other eyes hahaha

I was planning to give a long explanation about why people smiling for being impressed doesn't have any secret meaning, but I think visual representation is better:

To me, this moment has always be underestimated. The close-up for Sakura's eyes and Naruto's smile is not done for nothing, it's because it's important. It's a real NS moment, but still NH and SS fans don't pay attention to it, it's like it doesn't even exist, while we keep hearing about "it's all in your eyes" or "Sakura, huh?" even now. So why can't we count it as  a NS moment in a debate against SS/NH?

Well, I believe he met his wife after he started working on NARUTO (again, I might be wrong).. but Eiichiro Oda (author of One Piece) mentioned that Kishi's wife reminds him of Sakura.

To me, this moment has always be underestimated. The close-up for Sakura's eyes and Naruto's smile is not done for nothing, it's because it's important. It's a real NS moment, but still NH and SS fans don't pay attention to it, it's like it doesn't even exist, while we keep hearing about "it's all in your eyes" or "Sakura, huh?" even now. Some people are always trying to dismiss these moments as something meaningless.. or use their favourite "bro and sis"  and other absurd interpretations. I guess there's no point in arguing with someone who denies the obvious just because they don't want to accept it. It's better not to waste your energy on those people, since it's unlikely that their opinions will ever change.

Just sit back and enjoy the ride in the company of fellow NS buddies.

Actually in 631 as you can see in the panels she wanted  Naruto to acknowledge her strength and only Naruto not from the both of them her entire focus was on him only,and as you can see  Naruto sees that fire in her eyes he sees her will  her desire to prove herself as a strong women as his equal and to be acknowledge as such , and Naruto in this moment is reminding himself again way dose he love her so much and gives her that smitten smile that he has reserved for her only , they both look in to each other's eyes and know what they want from each other.This is what it makes this chapter so special for me as a NS fan OMG the feels can't stop it  

and of course i get to see a certain fans falling apart in pieces

If memory serves me right i think it was said that he married his wife after he started working on Naruto, and yeah you gotta love Oda for that

She wanted them both to acknowledge her. She wanted to prove them and herself she can fight alongside her teammates as their equal.

But yes, the look she gave Naruto and the smile he answered with was a pure NS moment, no denying that.
