You know in RTN Naruto breaks out like that...talking to himself while remembering Jiraiya.
The Last is built on RTN as skeleton of the story... So what if Naruto to get out so to speak, at the end, remembers Kushina's words since the movie starts with her words while RTN starts with Jiraiya's lesson - a ninja endures, same lesson Naruto learns when Neji dies and that he gives to Boruto only that in this crappy world Naruto puts the problem as kitten, you don't say that to your kid - ergo the NS parallel the real one at the end, ergo NaruSaku canon.
Ffs Sakura is supposed to get married in this movie. If we have zero SS interaction in the movie and that is the fact, no NS interaction at the beginning as well as trailers and a lil' teasing and the all over bait NaruHina whose scenario sounds like a bad dream... What are the chances here? Come on, do the math, it's simple...

If that's the case, the very title of 'Road to Ninja: Naruto the Movie' has another meaning. Hint: It's claimed that The Last is in development for two years.

Even Naruto has his eyes colored white in some of the pages.

His eyes were light blue in chapter 700. I don't believe in SP's sketches.

It's was meant to be intentional. Why do you think the SJ editors published it we they knew it was deliberately? It's part of a ploy to not to spoil the main four pairings before the movie airs in Japan.

Well that's basically what I said in my theories... dunno if you read them by now...

 

I read it, and it just made more sense and it's easier to reconcile with all the crap that happened here. Personally, while I'm not proven wrong, I'll consider the Last as 'Ninja: Naruto the Movie'. RtN is just the road to it, and it's one of my most compelling reasons.
