You know what's funny, Chatte? I actually believe he/she is right in a way, but then again everyone in NS, NH, and SS have a double standard so I say "fair game." I say we need to accept it that we are all biased a little bit. I hope he/she is reading what I type, but know this: We may have a double standard, but most of us didn't jump ship because of a NH moment. We stuck in there despite the harsh criticism from other fanbases and being called names. (In fact, I can say with certainty we treat our own fanbase worse than we do the other fanbases XD)
Be what be, but we are all guilty of it sooner or later. At least me and maybe most of us admit that we do it too.
Everyone's definitely biased. I hate how people try to use that in an argument like they're not though. It's absolutely crazy, but even though we're biased, some of us acknowledge what's in front of us, and I've rarely seen many of us spin a scene to our favor. For instance, 615.\
My biased opinion that seems to be correct at the moment...
Hinata still loves Naruto but Naruto doesn't view her romantically. Is this super biased of me to say because I didn't see what they say? LOL I mean, all over the war, their moments were PLATONIC for one and ROMANTIC for the other. They set themselves up for failure when they shouted canon without looking at the whole picture. I notice that we tend to look at the whole picture when moreso than other fandoms.
Sakura's confession- We saw the whole thing while they say, "I hate people who lie to themselve".
Hinata's speech- A lot of us saw the whole thing while many only looked at the
hand holding scene. It was clear as day right there that Naruto STILL didn't view Hinata in a romantic way, but once we get to NS interaction, it's all natural, yet so totally them.. Also, what's funny is that this can't be flipped, and those who choose to ignore are simply in denial. I remember seeing a ton of people fall back on the MS version of the scene and saying we're screwed because their translation was different and since it was supposedly in their favor, they were all for it. LMAO
