Well, she's the one who gets more guys falling for her... though she is known for her big forehead and flat chest, even so, I think she is beautiful in the manga too. Maybe her personality is the cherry of the cake.

I can't take SaiIno seriously just because Ino got interested in him 'cause he resembles Sasuke.

like someone has already said...sai has a different conception of beauty..for example some people think catwalk models are amazingly beautiful ,some think they unatractive..some people like voluptuous models,some people dont
