Yes, in fact, I can't believe the marketing department doesn't have him tied up in a back room somewhere until the movie comes out.
WHY alienate half of your fan base? Why? Why not leave some suspense about the movie? Why not say the positive about Sakura and why she should be with Sasuke (even if its total BS), so that Sakura fans will still want to see the movie?
This all makes no sense to me.
edit: Witnessing the end of Naruto as we knew it is like watching a slow motion explosion. It just keeps going. Whatever comes out in the movie will be only second to this craptastic interview.
At this point it's like watching NASCAR. Nobody is around for the main event anymore. Just the car crashes.
Is it awful that I am getting so much entertainment out of this disaster?
