Crap! I left Ino out of my list! I meant to include her.  :facepalm: And what about Konohamaru, Moegi, and Udon, while we're at it?

 

Out of Naruto's group of friends from home, we can only vouch for 5 of them. Are the remaining 9 of them just going to throw them a party to congratulate them for succeeding on their mission/playing a part in defeating the big bad, when everything's over?

Yeah I don't understand why people take one translation as legit. How many times have we had false translations? Will anybody in the Naruto fandom ever learn from the past?

Yeah. One of the movie blurbs says she falls into the villain's hands.


I thought she was the one being targeted but then Hanabi gets kidnapped instead.

So I'm guessing we might get some Hinata flashback with the scarf thing. 

 

There is a flashback of them as kids wearing scarves (Hinata's is pale, Naruto's is red) in some snowy forest.

 

I just got back, so I guess the translation was fixed? Whew

love how they trashed Ino to the side -_- shopping is her thing too..

 

anyways, I'm disappointed that this is supposed to be the last movie yet it's all about Hinata :|

Guys... Kishi said the ending would be surprising. NaruSasu fight has ended already. Everyone gets NH teases. Why are you all so worried? The ending is supposed to be surprising, remember. Spoiling the canon pairing would ruin it. I remain positive u.u

Sorry for nitpicking , but is the bolded  correct ? What does he mean with "as much as possible " ? That means that some parts of the movie  will be related to the manga while other parts won't ?

You know what would be even better? If Sakura and Naruto are already canon in the movie and haven't told Hinata yet.

I think he means that he'll try to keep the narrative as cohesive as possible, despite switching between two media in order to tell the story. I think it very much makes it canon.
