She choose Naruto in the Kage summit arc. We saw just how strong her love for Naruto is. She would rather lose Naruto as a friend and take all the hate upon herself just so Naruto wouldn't be alone anymore. That he'll still have his friends. Not to mention she was willing to kill the "love" of her life just to keep Naruto safe.

 

Now I'm sorry but if that doesn't show us, that Sakura's love for Naruto is stronger than her love for Sasuke. Well nothing will.

 

While I hate to play devil's advocate, Sakura hesitated and was unable to kill him. It was the fact that she wavered in her resolve to kill Sasuke that makes it a not-as-great-as-it-could-have-been moment to show that she chose Naruto over him.

She didn't. That was Obito. We know she wanted Kakashi to kill her because she's a time bomb but Kakashi refuse because he was keeping that promise. That was it. Remember, the plan was have her go back home and unleash the three tails in her, rampage. So massacre the village or kill her but break the promise.

That is true. But it she still showed more maturity about the whole Sasuke situation than Naruto ever did in his entire life.

It was because Sasuke had been a friend to her if not her lover. Honestly, Sakura's hand shivered when she held a kunai at Obito at point blank range when Obito himself had asked her to finish of his eye. So, killing a team mate is far from being possible for her! Hell Naruto cannot bring himself to kill Sasuke! Not even Kakashi! So someone like Sakura is no big deal! She remembered her friendship with Sasuke when she was about to kill him and NOT the romantic moments, if you observed that. Hell! If it was her love that stopped her then her remembering her confession to Sasuke and his 'Thank you' was inevitable but yet she remembered the moments of friendship she shared with him! It goes on to tell us that it was her bond with him as friendship and team 7 which stopped her from killing him!

To me, it makes it worse if it were just over a friend. That would mean she risked Naruto's life for, well, a "friend" who tried to kill her. It's just not a good example of Sakura choosing Naruto, because she didn't. She wavered. And I feel that even with his devotion to Sasuke, if Naruto had to kill Sasuke to save Sakura's life, he would. It just felt like an incomplete gesture on Sakura's part.

If that's not the case, I don't understand how it'd be an example of her choosing Naruto over Sasuke? The quote was:

I think you did not get my point. Okay, I'll try to make it as simple as I can. When you have a conflict between two things and when a desparate situation arises, you always go for the one you want more. You don't notice it because probably the issue is still conflicted for you. But during such a situation your subconscious or whatever goes to pick up the one which you want the most. In this case her love for Naruto. Sasuke and Naruto both infront of her. She would have easily yelled "Sasuke kun! Please don't do this!" Or "Sasuke kun, Naruto! Please stop!" Or just "Sasuke kun! Please stop!" But no! All she did was called out "NARUTO!!!" Why Naruto's name when her love is right in front of her(according to her). This goes on to tell us that her heart already knows that she loves Naruto but what remains is for her mind to consciously take a note of it! Ever heard the saying 'The heart sees what the mind fails to see'? Sakura is an extremely good example of that. She knows she loves Naruto but that's apparently on sub conscious level and she hasn't realized that yet! When she consciously realizes that....bingo!

Kill the 'love' of her life for someone who is no more than a friend or best friend or for someone who you genuinely want to help and care for or whatever? Go so far as to even kill your 'love' for that guy? Doesn't it sound a bit strange to you? What does it make that guy for whom she is even willing to kill her love? For me, it is automatically putting 'that' guy over someone you love and if she is said to carry feelings for 'that' guy as well......you very well know what it is...

The bolded . And this is exactly why the statement of "She's willing to kill him bc she loves him but she can't bc she loves him" contradict itself which is ridiculous in the first place , the thing is if Sasuke was the love of her life or loved him more then Naruto then she wouldn't have agreed to kill him in the first place but try to help him like Naruto going by this it only shows you how much she doesn't love Sasuke and how much she really loves Naruto and people mainly SS fail to see this her love for Sasuke has been sent here in the stone age Lol .

LOL XD. That's how things happen in real life as well XD, more or less. Your conscious may be shrouded but sub conscious, never!
