I think the marketing team were very clever here. If they named it 'The Last Ninja' ,Internet would have exploded and it would be a big spoiler to the manga. If they had named it 'The Last Movie'  they would be tying themselves in a knot if they ever want to make future Naruto movies.

 

yeah but still it sounds really wrong. I mean it's like saying the yellow ....(submarine).  It sounds as if they wanted to make it sound dramatic but overdid it.

The title is "The Last". Never truly implied that it's the last movie.

Whaaat : O here l am thinking this was the last movie, SMH. :huh:

I also thought the subtitle of "the last episode" and all these hint of ending were weird , but I realized that to start something, you have to end the previous thing. What I mean is that this "Last episode" can be the beginning of the new one -> the "New Era Project" aka possible Part 3.
