It’s definitely possible that it would be spelled that way, which makes it very interesting to me because I’m not sure why it would be “Hyakugou”!

 

It’s very possible that Kishimoto just wanted to use the same Kanji as the allusion to the forehead diamond, but use different sounds for the Kanji!

 

I believe the reason for the “H” sound coming around would be because when　白 (white, pronounced “shiro”), when it is used with another Kanji, it’s sound becomes “Haku” haku-something.

 

I understand if Kishi would use 白豪 as “hakugou”. 　はくごう

It would also separate it from Tsunade's technique and make it less confusing.

 

But I seriously do NOT understand it being “hyakugou” ひゃくごう

 

Yeah, I was also wondering why mangapanda had it sound like "Hyakugo" when you can't really spell 白as "Hyaku". 

Must see the raw and clarify this point. 

 

In any case, I do think we should have a thread dedicated to her jutsus. There are just too much to discuss and consider about.

I was wondering. Many people say that Sakura has very small chakra reserves. I want to know where this was ever stated? Compared to Naruto, who is a Jinchuuriki, and Sasuke, the Uchiha Genius, her chakra reserves will be smaller, but that doesn't prove that her chakra reserves are generally small. 

 

Remember the Sasori Fight? Chiyo has stated, "Monstrous strength and medical ninjutsu...Both take up a huge amount of chakra. She should be by her limits now. "

Guess what? Even after Chiyo said that "she should be on her limits", she has continued fighting for the second half of the battle. 

I think that already proves she has decent chakra reserves. 

 

Not to mention, this chapter showed that she had to reserve her chakra for three years. She already had a decent chakra reserve during the Sasori fight AND even that was still only a part of it!

She has so precise chakra control that she doesn't waste any. But her stamina stats in the 3rd databook are 2.5 I think :/

I wonder how things will be if there is more funny commentary next chapter like in this one how naruto freaked out over Sakura's new power. I remember some people said if there was just more to be built on like if minato and hashirama noticed more from Sakura's temper. It would be a shocker if hashirama said mito was actually angry at times. That would be another bolster to the sakura Kushina parallel.

There is so much that can happen next chapter, obviously we want to see more ns stuff, there's a high chance there will be more.

I still find it funny and a bit sad that sakura haters and anti ns fans just still leap at anything and try to twist it. Seriously I still can't just get over how someone thought that naruto being freaked over Sakura's power was anti ns or made him just go loving hinata. God it's just simple humor, it's only building on how naruto first freaked out over her power during the return from the 2 1/2 year training journey. It's just simple humor naruto has with sakura, he loves her but knows not to go messing with her, it's just simple tsundere humor. Besides, even sakura is gentle with him. As shukaku once said, even the most rough woman is tender to the man she loves.

And sakura is very friendly with naruto, besides he can endure he a lot of pain, he is an uzumaki after all.

This is why the ones who see the potential of these chapters are mostly NS fans or Naruto fans with knowledge of how Eastern culture works (of course, that's just me, so I may sound a bit biased here).

I lost a lot of respect for the anti's a long time ago. They refuse to see growth with any character other than the ones they like, they have double standards up the whazoo, and they continue to view the manga as if it was still part 1, but using facts from part 2. It's utterly ridiculous and sometimes I have to ask them really "What could *this character* possibly do to show that they have changed?" That is where they label something that is completely impossible for even their one character to do and think that this is the only way.

They also take every scene with a grain of salt except the ones that involve their character.

Well, I just pointed out the lack of knowledge in some of the fans, but I guess that could be taken as an insult (If it was indeed bashing, then I apologize and of course, I'll be responsible for any warning if necessary).

 

Is kinda difficult to blame logic when there are culture differences, really. I have always felt that Western culture is very different from Eastern culture. But anyway, I'm going off-topic again.

 

Focusing on the chapter... there is something I wanted to discuss, but I may need the raw translation and I read somewhere that they're out tomorrow:

 

-Even if MangaPanda's translation of Sakura's words at the end of the chapter were correct, Mangastream's translation also caught my attention for three reasons:

 

Mangastream's translation: "This time... we're doing this together"

 

1-It goes accordingly to Sakura's words in the official 3rd databook: When you look at the first page of Sakura's bio, these are her words.

 

2-It goes accordingly to what she said in chapter 573 (and if its confirmed that she's talking to Naruto in this last panel, then to me, it gives it a stronger meaning. Why... because of my third reason).

 

3-Remember Sakura's words to Naruto right before she went to train with Tsunade (when Naruto was in the hospital)?

I dunno why some ppl are irked by the fact that sasuke helped save sakura and that he looked friendly with her and probably acknowledged her along with a scared naruto (from his girlfriend )

I honestly dont hate sasusaku, hinata was the real issue with me since she was soo annoying, but now since "n"h's dead that doesnt matter.I honestly dont mind some sasuke-sakura cute friendly interaction ^_^

THIS. I've actually seen some of the stuff they want Sakura to do and it's indeed not gonna happen. What's more is that even if she did whatever it was they wanted, they'd likely call it an asspull. Some people just don't want to like her character unfortunately. The constant use of the word "whore" and "b$%$h" when it comes to her truly throws me off as well are their comments regarding the way she treats Naruto, and such.

LOL Nah, you're fine. I didn't consider it bashing but I decided to pick fun at you addressed that you may have sounded a bit biased.  

 

I like the translation at the end in the MS version because it definitely goes with what she said at the end of Part 1 and in her speech before her arrival on the battlefield. But the back comment works as well. They won't be watching her protecting her anymore, but they'll definitely be assisting her as she assists them like a team does. Both translations work well but if I had to pick one, I'd prefer the MS version.

Its more like this: haters say stuff like "Sakura is useless, dead weight and mean to Naruto." We get 630, 631 and 632, Sakura does what they said she never does and they complain more.

 

Others say: Look hinata can do better, she deflected the juubi's hand with the air palm technique. Yeah now look who has the super power. I just got a good laugh when yestrday one person said they saw a post that said hinata could still beat Sakura with the air palm.

 

Sorry, just no just no, no way in hell. Hinata's "amazing airpalm." that was technically borrowed power. Now Sakura just took out an entire mob of those jubbi spawn herself, dear god, when they say stronger than Tsunade, even if Hashirama himself said this, at that point, its safe to assume Sakura is at least a 34-35 in her high power mode now.

 

I guess the hater stuff is entertaining, you got to laugh at a bit of everything. I mean some people here made the joke, Naruto is going to know the same orderals Minato did if he married Sakura. The one thing Naruto would never want to face is Sakura's wrath, he would rather face the jubbi anyday then Sakura's wrath.

And it means "This time, let's go back to back" what Mangapanda has written as translation I believe is the best literal translation.

The adverb it is using means "back to back",  facing opposite directions.

Well, I was wondering is the meaning of her words was kinda similar to what I stated in my 3 points. But I believe it is similar, so it makes this conversation with Naruto even more meaningful. :)

As for everyone suddenly saying "I want to be Hokage" - what they're really saying is "I want to be acknowledged as the strongest in the village."

 

It's not a threat, it's a self confidence assertion.  Sakura firmly believes she is just as strong as "the boys" now, and has every right to be acknowledged by them for her own strengths.

 

And the "blush" - haven't you ever seen someone get flushed after doing an exercise routine or fighting?  She's probably sweating a little and panting, too.  Just because you've got enormous crazy chakra strength doesn't mean you won't be flushed and breathing heavy after doing a big attack.
