Sasuke's character was never about romance, so I agree with those who say he should have stayed single. Both SS and SK are absolute crap just for different reasons in my opinion

It's the easiest ending anyway. It's biggest downside is the same one that exists for Nagato and Obito: It allows Naruto to sit there and talk about his ideals all day long, but never be put in the position where his has to truly live with them. These aren't consequence free decisions, but them dying anyway liberates Naruto from those consequences.

Of course, with Sasuke, Kishimoto pays a little lip service to that and then totally ignores it at the end.

Not sure which is worse.

Well, damage was done, when Kishimoto tied Sasuke's life to Naruto's development, that was sick. "I can't be hokage if I don't save Sasuke", okay killing him as Jiraiay coudn't do with Oro before he turned pure evil, was exit out of there. But his confession that was in the end even dropped as it wasn't even exist at all is pure kitten-writnig.

I'm totally ok with Sasuke's character as he was - avenger, but not what he became. Killed tons of people and in the end got same good treatment as someone who tried his best to save as many as he could, + got a hero's girl and free path ticket for living. Such ending of Sasuke totally nulls all efforts of Naruto as character, moreover it just runs on Sakura's character as truck and kills her development with one phrase and forehead poke stollen from a totally different situation and people.

Well Karin was pretty much a combination of Naruto's hot personality and Sakura's appearance.

 

She is such a hotheaded rabbit fangirl that it matches his stern and unemotional personality perfectly that it becomes hilarious. Yet she did not hesitate to scold him and stand up for herself unlike Sakura's submissive, annoying, overdramatic personality toward the jerk. In other words, Sasuke and Karin have chemistry. She is probably the only girl who had the most legitimate reasons to fall for him (saving her life and being nice to her by smiling warmly to her thanks to team 7)

They did? I don't recall Sasuke showing any romantic interest in Karin

The current Kages were not responsible for the current system, the system predates them by far. As a matter of fact, the current Kages were already changing the system, a fact as plain as day seeing how the five nations united to fight. He ignored that and chose to kill for himself, to benefit himself and his ideals. He was trying to kill Naruto, and would have had zero problem doing so.

Sasuke took steroids given to him by Orochimaru, he was handed the curse seal, and everything after the MS was something he did without training. His ideals were pretty much the exact same as Madara, he wanted to go about them in a slightly different way, granted he still would have been ok committing mass murder. She doesn't deserve all the blame, she didn't ask to be called useless, or told how annoying she was, nor did she ask to have three attempts on her life, nor did she ask to be put in a Genjutsu where he showed himself killing her. She deserves part of the blame, but he was always a kitten to her. It's a mockery to real relationships that they're together.

Bolded- He didn't call her useless, he said there was nothing she could do, uh do you understand why he called her annoying she was insulting Naruto on the highest level and the other two times were in jest, all of does times Sasuke was acting in self defense, true but he needed to make her stay since she would die if she went to his fight with Naruto besides he was tortured by his brotehr so he could be "protected' so that's what he's doing to Sakura.....

I don't see the point in giving SK a branch just because it's more convenient for NaruSaku. The pairing sucks just like SasuSaku, and Sasuke really acts no different with her.

I mean both, positive and negative, at least Sasuke choose her as his teammate and saved her couple times. His "sorry" there at least got value. By "Love of Uchiha" his contor of Amaterasu ties up there, that's his "love" there, lol to writing of Kishimoto

And yet they were changing the system, which he blatantly ignored in favor of what he wanted. He was stupid and naive to blame everything of the Kages, as the system was garbage long before their time. They were making an attempt to change the world for the better, but Sasuke threw a hissy for because it wasn't his way. The reasons Sasuke wanted to kill Naruto don't make up for the wrongness of the act. Sasuke didn't train for anything involving his eyes once he got the MS, he just knew how to do things, which is horse crap. At least when Naruto used Kurama down the line, he did it in tandem with Kurama, thus Kurama was guiding him along.

The two other times were in jest? So when he followed up on one of those times by putting her through a brutal genjutsu, it was in jest? So because Itachi put him in a genjutsu and tortured him, it's ok for him to levy the same on someone else? Are you really justifying that? As for him defending from her, he tried to murder her first, when she hesitated in killing Karin. She only attacked him later, when Naruto went to save her. In no way does that excuse him trying to kill her.

Furthermore, saying that there was nothing she could do is the same as calling her useless. The effect was the same, as her face suggests. Not to mention that he followed it up by saying that her and Kakashi would be dead/in IT had they not been standing next to Naruto. And then he didn't even bat an eye when they were about to fall in lava, because they were no use to him

lol another secret huh? How many of you want to bet they changed Hinata's hair just so they can re-create that moment in RTN when Kushina goes all tsundere on Naruto? (so basically acting more like Sakura too, lol). Pleasee let it happen... there's gotta be a reason why Hinata's hair grew out and isn't square anymore (despite square hair being a feature among her family...)
