I actually see Naruto being in a coma and seeing Kushina and Jiraiya who tell him its not his time. Then for Sakura to be giving life force to him like Chiyo did to her. Then Sakura finds Naruto like Naruto found Gaara when he was being brought back to life. Kushina meets Sakura, then Naruto is awakened on the last page.

No as long as the person is still alive it wont kill the person doing the justu. Remember after Sakura collapses from being impaled from Sasori's sword, she was slowly dying and Chiyo used the justu.

They have the shot at being canon from the beginning. If not, Kishi wouldn't have gave so much moments and facts for them, especially the development. They are on a steady track to be a couple.

That's a nice prediction. But, there's something that needs to be linked or a give a way for it to happen which is the Kuhina meeting Sakura part. How Kushina will meet Sakura going by your prediction ?

Does Sakura even have any excess life force to give? She's not like Tsunade or Karin who are both gifted with extraordinary longevity because of their ties to the Uzumaki Clan. Any tampering with her vital energy will irreparably shorten her life expectancy (she probably already has a shorter time to live compared to Naruto). If she chose to use that jutsu then it might be more pragmatic to use Karin or Tsunade's life force as the supply rather than her own.

Hey guys! I know I haven't been in here in a while, but I'm back with the fandom and my NaruSaku family!

 

Last chapter's ending was really dramatic ... and it made me very excited for NaruSaku. I've been saying for years that the only way Sakura will realize she loves Naruto is a real near-death scenario. The problem with her atm IMO is that she's so confused with her feelings for Sasuke and her own unworthiness for Naruto that she doesn't know if she loves him even though she does. It also doesn't help that she only recently realized Naruto fell in love with her so of course she doesn't know what she feels for him yet. We know this. That's one of NS's hurdles in becoming canon.

 

However, I think the coming chapters are the game-changer. In order for Sakura to realize her true feelings ... she needs to really believe she's about to lose him forever. She doesn't have any time left to sort out her feelings and she's about to see the person she cares about so much die in front of her. That's going to be extremely impacting and finally give her that moment of realization. It fits perfectly in my opinion, especially considering Sakura's true feelings have only really been shown in serious situations like the 4-tails scene and the Unfinished sentence. Actually, I think this next NS moment was even foreshadowed by when Sakura was told Naruto would die getting Kurama extracted and her reaction to it. Also a serious moment too.

 

I don't expect an open love declaration (It'd be really nice, but we know Kishi), but I do expect hints that could support that she knows she loves him now. Hints that will probably be confirmed later in the next arc that ties up Team 7 and their issues with Sasuke. If Kishi doesn't do this, then I honestly don't know what else he could do to make it more believable. This is the best way to go about it IMO and the opportunity shouldn't be ignored.

 

All in all, NaruSaku's getting really close to canon.

Funny, I found this trope on tv tropes

It's called the main/cherry blossom girl typically in various Japanese animations

Under this trope there are common traits they have, typically needing at least 3 of these traits but they can have more

-being named sakura or ouka or anything that involves sakura trees
-pink hair
-themes of spring, rebirth, or death
-themes of luck or fate
-healing powers
-being a love interest or associated with love
-being born in early springtime
-Yamato nadeshiko traditional Japanese elements such as Japanese tea ceremony ninja and samurai

Well how many if these traits fall onto sakura now?
