Basically instead of a real life wife you have a waifu which is with a female from a manga or anime, can go the other way as well with Husbandu.

Why do so many fans say that Sakura doesn't understand her feelings? She stated very clearly she knew what her feelings were. And there's no clear evidence to prove she doesn't understand her feelings.

That only covers Sakura's development up to chapter 296. The last picture used on her entry comes from chapter 296. Which tells you where the coverage of her development ends in the 3rd databook.
