Ugh...hate going on DA and having naruhina/kitten ending shoved down my throat.
I will never accept it!!! EVER EVER EVER! Can't they understand that?!
One of my favorite Bleach artists drew an artwork of the NH/SS crapilogue (which got over 300 comments). I'm sorry but I can't respect her anymore after that.
I shall stand with NaruSaku for all eternity. Damn ending is creating enemies for me. How can anyone accept that kitten?!?

This interview, it is just........................................................................................yeah.  I think Kishi may have shot himself in the foot this time.  Scratch that, he blew his whole kittening leg off with that stunt.  If people(not the SS/NH fantards) read his future works after this pile of garbage, I have to question both their integrity and their intelligence.

 

Once my wife heard about the interview, she was REALLY pissed.  Abuse and stalking a somewhat sensitive topics with her, and for Kishi to try and justify this ending with that excuse he threw out there in the interview, she thinks it is a slap in the face of stalking and abuse victims.

So Kishi's interview, there are two translations floating around. The first one said if Sakura chose Naruto, it would make her a terrible character. The second translation clarifies that Sakura couldn't let herself be with Naruto because of Hinata.

It seems pretty clear to me that Hinata's popularity was the deciding factor here.

i'm sorry i'm just so amused by the interview that i reached my quota of the day. seriously i'm really not mad. him slutshaming sakura like that... it's hilarious how the manga became one big joke with his interview. this manga might as well be the product of the editor yahaki since kishimoto just listen to him.

If what was said is true than I have no words to say about Kishi. What hypocrisy and sexist. Its the woman that have to stay the faithful maiden to the man that didn't want anything to do with her until the second to last chapter.

In a bid to make the story interesting(complex according to Kishi) he cornered himself! Even if the story would have been short and simple....it can be interesting....but no...Kishi had to make things intricate and got puzzled himself!


As I said some time ago....3 S is all it takes 'Short, Simple, Sweet' as against 'Diffficult to comprehend, complex, no definite direction' He went on introducing the ideas instead of thinking how'd that idea affect the story. The end result....a mess! A mess which could not be cleared conclusively....Pity you....Kishimoto.....Pity you. You ruined my two best and favourite characters which depicted your own relationship. By default...does your wife become pathetic if she held on to her feelings for that jerk in school? I mean you said it yourself....

Is this for real? I'm at a loss for words at this. Seriously. Seriously. If Sakura were to "suddenly change her heart for Naruto, it would make her a terrible woman"? That is such a sexist comment I just can't even  

 

But wait, Naruto suddenly changing his heart for Hinata doesn't make him a terrible man, does it? Of course not, because it's apparently only bad if you are a woman. And Sasuke suddenly growing feelings for Sakura obviously makes complete sense, doesn't it?  Nevermind that she was barely a blip on his radar before.

 

And if he decided on NaruHina "a long time ago", why the heck didn't he bother to develop it? Why did he keep foreshadowing NaruSaku, such as with the girlfriend comment and Kushina telling Naruto to find a girl like her? (which Hinata most certainly is not, no matter how you slice it) That was all just a red herring? A red herring is not supposed to overshadow the intended canon pairing, you know. Those kinds of hints should have been directed at NaruHina, if that was supposed to be the endgame. Yeah, Kishimoto was right when he said he's not good at writing romance. He's downright horrible at it.
