Kiba looks like a best/wild men while I find it to be cool , but that kind of look mostly isn't attractive  for the ladies  .

 

As for Naruto if Kishimoto doesn't make a timeskip and give me badass Naruto with badass hair and look like in the Jiraiya book I'm gonna bazooka him into the next dimension   .

I'm 21 and people always think I'm 15 or 16. Recently I heard someone say something about me looking 12 as I walked past them. So, it's not necessarily a problem, and can reflect reality. Some people do look a lot younger than their actual age.
