I saw on many forums nh and ss fans getting excited and saying there will be a kishimoto interview at jump festa and it will take place today.and it seems that he will answer to questions related to team 7 love triangle.so does anybody has any legit information about it so far?i would really apreciate if somebody can keep us to update

I don't know if he was joking or not... I know that everyone before was wondering about Yamato and this guy jumped into by saying that... I would say that it's a joke but who knows...

Truthfully, that's not too upsetting. Yamato was never that significant to the plot after helping Naruto with his Rasenshuriken training. His persona amounted to being an artificial copy of Hashirama's DNA who happens to possess the Mokuton. His most notable moment was helping Sakura to understand what is most important by trusting Naruto and cherishing him.

The last we saw of him, Yamato was melded into that Mazo like substance next to the Hashirama replica, strengthening the White Zetsu army. We don't know what became of that structure since then.

Even if it's true that he has died (which is admittedly odd because even if he was not always present, he was part of the main cast for some time as a member of Team 7), it won't be too detrimental to the plot.

I hope that there's some disclosure regarding future events in the manga.

Well Yamato was a substitute to Team 7, not a new member. Sai is a permanent member. Anyway, true, but I don't think it will be like that, if it's true of course. I mean I think the last time we had was him saying sorry for being this way. That was it. It could have rushed the same as Neji, but since he didn't have that, I think it's not the end.

I find it funny that the next line is about not coming back. That seems funny. That's like saying that for Jiraiya, but he announced it in a serious manner. This one come out funny like he knows he has been reviving people, so this one he wants to make sure he's dead 100%.

He did remain as part of Team 7, at least as a collaborator, even after Kakashi returned to active duty. I think Naruto, Sakura and the others would treasure his life and companionship regardless if he was only a temporary replacement.

The more I discuss his role in the dynamics of the character relationships, the more I'm starting to become attached to his character and position. It would seem odd for none of the members of Team 7 to acknowledge Yamato's absence after the war.

As suspected, from reading twitter this year they remade the revival of some scenes, just like the last year... There was a SS moment, a NS moment and even a KakaNaru moment. Seiyuus perfomanced them.
Bah... nothing special.

In retrospect? No. When you think about it he does have quite a bit of character to himself that can make him endearing.

It's amazing how complacent these voice actors/actresses seem. Don't they have any personal investment in the characters that they play as or the course of the manga? They're given a rare opportunity to communicate directly with the creator of their respective characters and they have no questions or interest in their possible fate?

If Yamato's death is true then I think it can go something like that: Naruto, Sakura, Sai and Kakashi will know about his death, having the moment of sadness when it's told, and maybe with a few flashback of him and the others.

 

But, if he's dead, we should see it cause he's not a side character who appeared just once or twice. His role has been active a lot in early Shippuden and when he and Kakashi trained Naruto for Rasenshuriken. So, it will be a first for me if that happened... I'll wait for the manga to tell.

Hm, well I just want to see Yamato again. Yes, we have Hashirama but not for long and he does have his altered personality from Hashirama. It's like no depression, but sure get treated like a target to mess with (rebuilding Konoha, tricking him thinking Naruto's head got cut off, etc.) So I will wait for that moment.
