@candycane-chan - The number of times that other characters have held hands in the series is irrelevant. What's more important to point out is the context, which in the examples that you've provided, is not romantic. Sakura's relationship with Ino is friendly, her relationship with Tsunade is familial, and that goes for Naruto's relationship with Sasuke as well. All of these pairs have held hands with one another at some point, but none of these examples have a romantic context. Therefore, they shouldn't be used in comparison to the NaruHina handhold, which does have some romantic undertones.
NaruHina fans are really fond of 615 because they believe that the context of the moment is romantic. It certainly is from Hinata's perspective, but Naruto, on the other hand... Well, it's arguable. They believe that he held hands with her out of love, but we can just as easily say that he held hands with her was to transfer chakra, making the moment platonic from Naruto's perspective. 616 supports this interpretation, as he lets go of Hinata's hand as soon as the chapter pans back to the Alliance and proceeds to hold hands with other characters, like Ino, Chouji, and Shikamaru.
Anyway, I think the best moment to compare 615 to is 450 - Sakura's hug. Both moments have arguably romantic undertones, both occur between Naruto and his possible love interests, and both moments had the fandom losing their minds. Which one has the most romantic context behind it? I believe it's Sakura's hug. She had no ulterior motive behind hugging Naruto, she's been canonically proven to be Naruto's love interest (unlike Hinata), and the crowd around them was blushing (which suggests that the moment was intended to be romantic.) 615 was quite different in comparison.
you're saying that the context is more important than the number of times other charcters held hands but that moment didn't have a romantic atmosphere until the very end when hinata fangirled about naruto's hands. At least in my opinion

And i don't really care if it's romantic from hinata's view becuase it's always romantic towards naruto. If every moment with hinata showing her feelings for naruto is a NH moment then there would've been lots of those.
Naruto holding hinata's hand can be dismissed (for him giving her chakra) sakura's hig however can't be.
Sakura holding tsunade's hand was acually a bit similar. With the "thank you, you did a good job" not even close to being romantic though.
Yeah, this. Funny how the anime made her blush after the hug, but you know, that's anime.
really? I never noticed !
people are comparing Gruvia hold hands with the NaruHina one
But look the follow up that Gruvia gained:
Color page
defeated the enemy together
of course that the situations are different, but Kishi could have done something similar to highlight the moment like Mashima did instead of decrease it like he did in chapter 616.
