The problem is that the NH, Anti-NS, and anti-Sakura fans are more loud. This creates a misconception that the majority of the fans are those. I'm one of those that believe that at the end of the day we might be dealing with a very small minority, but we are mislead into believing they are the core since they're the ones that let themselves be more notable.

And what minimizes them even more is that those opinions don't originate from Japan but from the west. The only insight to general japanese opinion would probably be on 2ch, but unless one of our japanese speaking members decides to venture into that forum (said to be a den of sin ) we have no way of knowing. And even then it could be that only a minority of Naruto fans decided to post stuff in 2ch.

What I know is that given this coming event, there truly are serious NS and Sakura fans back in it's country of origin and that truly means something to me. It makes me understand that the hate people have for Naruto and Sakura's relationship is more based on personal desires and not because that's how the manga showed it. The manga has improved the NS relationship significantly as it went along, but since there are people desperate to find justification to hate NS and Sakura they'll disregard that development for the sake of their own convenience.

What you guys think about Sakura not knowing about Sasuke's true motives to destroy konoha i always thought it could lead to her forgiving him but then i remember that she's very rational on those question than Naruto so i think if she knows the truth would not destroy her hopes of a team 7 reunition i think if she knows the truth she then will think that Sasuke will never return to the village he may be redeemed but i think she will think that Sasuke will never return and they never will be the team 7 again.

Well, people of occidental fandom dislike very much tsundere's stereotype so it's isn't a great surprise for me... I can only say that at the end they really don't know very much Sakura and Naruto

Yeah, try watching other anime or manga and tell me if tsundere is never nice. I don't know who's the master of all tsundere, but I do know I have seen worse than Sakura. I don't know why I keep reminding this, but tell me who can top this person who toss her lover (not yet confirmed at that moment) to a taxi to call for one.

People see Sakura just as obstacle to Hinata about her pursuing her dream. They try to get into the shoes of Naruto and they want that wish for himself/themselves, Hinata of course. Having the tsundere as the main love interest with the shy girl as a secondary one it's so often used that it's become somewhat of a routine. At least that's how I see it.

I think it has to do more with the fact that she still loves another guy. Most tsunderes only fall in love with the main protagonist or if they had someone they loved before they would've already gotten over them. It has also become particularly mind boggling since the one Sakura still loves is probably the final villain. That's what most anti-NS can't stand about Sakura.

Correction, Hinata is the dream girl of guys that have nothing better to do than to harass people that have a different opinion from them. A very pathetic bunch of guys. Hinata's is the hope of sad guys that don't have the guts to actually interact with real women.

Since Hinata already loves Naruto that's appealing for people that don't like to try, because it gives them false hope that a Hinata will magically appear in their life to make it all better. It will never happen, but they won't accept it.

I was wondering if anybody could tell me the official translation of chapter 540 where Kushina is telling Naruto her last words (specifically regarding finding a woman like her), because I was watching the scene as shown in Ultimate Ninja Storm 3, where she says "don't fall for the first girl who comes your way.. find someone like me."

I thought that it was rather odd and different from the "don't find a strange one.. find someone like your mother" translation. I was trying to look it up, but I didn't find much, though I heard it was the same as in UNS3.

Are there any thoughts on this?

I'll feel really sad and even embarrass for the people who took part of the event if Narusaku doesn't become canon. I'm not even joking, all these people took there time creating this event, and even advertised it, for a fictional pairing that may not happen. If it doesn't become canon, then I wont know what these people will feel afterwards.

Then again we haven't been given any NS moments in the manga for a long time, and chapter 615 did.......
Nah, I'm just kidding, you're right. It would be awkward if NS doesn't happen, seeing how most of the outside media seems to support it (I'm looking at Road to Ninja, and some of the Naruto videogames).

Mind you that I still doesn't mean that NS will for sure happen.
It just shows how poor of job that nearly every other media made sure to keep in canon with manga, both in past and future of events of the manga.

For the past 4 years or so, no. Well I haven't track a long time ago. That said the fact that NS event is happening this year where, well you know, "in danger zone", is really nice. It goes to show you the support. I wonder how well it will do in there. I mean look at those goodies. It's incredibly large.
