The latest Bleach chapter is up... does anyone think that Aizen and Ichigo might be the same thing? Not as in the same person, but became the same thing? I'm getting the idea because both Aizen and Ichigo had the hollow eyes with long hair and Aizen mentioned "eating" Ichigo.

There were quite a few hints that this is the case. For one, Isshin commented that only someone standing in the same place as him could feel his reiatsu. Pretty sure that was referring to Ichigo, since moments later Gin commented that Ichigo understood Aizens power and was afraid because of it. Ichigo knows of the destructive power within him and therefore he can understand what Aizen is also capable of.

I didn't think of that, it's just interesting how (assuming it's true) that power was gained in different ways.

This fight was much better animated than it was in manga form. Toshiro was actually, well, cool. And no, that's not just a terrible pun. It's a terrible pun AND an opinion. It's an opunion!

I just hope the animators give Harribel some kind of history. The fact that she just kind of eats it in the manga without any fanfare irked me greatly.

Great chapter, It appears the Dangai is like the hyperbolic time chamber from DBZ but the dangai is cut off from time and space itself. Can't wait to see Ichigo learn the final GT.

I wonder what he means by "Final" Getsuga Tenshou. Ichigo hasn't gotten a new attack since near the beginning of the manga, so this had better be good.

Anyone else get the vibe that Aizen and Gin aren't getting along as well as usual? For one Gin looked quite startled, and then later he calls Aizen naughty and we get a shadowed paneled of Aizen looking at him somewhat...darkly? Hm.

I'm actually hoping Ichigo's FGT will be able to gather reiatsu surrounding him at a rapid rate like Uryuu when he broke his glove making it unstable and absorbing reiatsu at a faster rate defeating Mayuri and Ichigo combine that on top of his own reiatsu he already has.

The Reiatsu thing seems to be a unique Quincy aspect, so I doubt that's what it is.

I think it may be something we've seen a part of before. Remember when he was fighting Ulquiorra, and kept the Getsuga on his sword to increase it's striking power? I think it may be a more advanced version of that.

And then, of course, there's his Bankai speed, which he hasn't used since he fought Byakuya. I'm really hoping Tite-sensei didn't just forget about that aspect of it. It was the entire purpose of his Bankai, after all.

Barragan is the real cheater, here. How the hell is that power fair in any way? The other Espada get energy or elemental weapons, Barragan destroys time. CHEAT!

Hitsugaya was also acting annoying and ignorant in front of Halibel. "Don't mock me/don't underestimate us captains" after he got knocked down anyways.

I thought it was a pretty good chapter actually, even though it didn't show much it was still informative. Can't wait to see angry Zangetsu in the next chapter.

Exposition chapter is boring. I mean, it's nice to get some information about these things, but you'd think they'd be explained in a better place than the middle of a climactic battle!

Your not the only one wondering when (in my case if) Tatsuki is going to get her own powers. I'm even wondering if Keigo and Mizuiro are going to get powers of there own.
