I read the first two chapters of your story, it's pretty cute, I enjoyed it
For your next chapter, work on capitalization and formatting (ie, spacing your paragraphs) and keep practicing the art of writing. You're still young so don't get discouraged; keep writing and have fun with it. Having fun is the most important part, hehe

I read Mizukage years ago, up to what was the latest chapter at the time, but I haven't been keeping up with it because I prefer to wait it out to have a backlog of chapters to read in one sitting rather than waiting for updates. I'm not sure what the last chapter I read was, but I think it was somewhere mid-way through the "Alliances" arc, though the last thing I vaguely remember happening was:

Naruto fighting with his resurrected dad or something, and then some aftermath stuff

I remember feeling that it was an interesting and well-written fic... but also that the action scenes were really dragged out (though it did do a good job in capturing sort of an "epicness" to the battles) and that the massive collection of forgettable OCs were too forgettable to feasibly play a major role in a story. It seems like the story has progressed quite a bit since then though, so I guess I'm just wondering whether it's worth reading or not and why. Also whether if it's nearing completion or not.

I liked it if only for how some of the OC's were so overly powered it wasn't right. The first arc was pretty good I thought, but the second and third I thought were lacking in my opinion.

Mizukage is a decent story. there are some speed bumps in the beginning due to my way of thinking due to some misunderstanding of the Sakura character, combined with some grammatical errors.

however Dragon quickly overcame those faults and the story recovers nicely and as Diji says does some really epic fight scenes.

Also thanks to some advice I gvae Dragon about the romantic angle he salvaged the NaruSaku relationship and its moving along smoothly.

All told its a good story and worht the read a little painful to read at first but good once you get through the bumpy parts.

Still kind of reluctant to invest so much time on such a massive fic, especially since it's not completed yet. Is it still primarily an action story? Or did it move on to the political arena? Romance? Is the character cast still too large or has it scaled down some?

Well the 2nd volume turned out to be more on the romance side than the first one, but it's still very action based. Like i say a 70/30 split in all honesty.

Guess I'll save it for some other day then. While I love brainless action fun in movies, reading it actually takes a pretty different mindset for me, and I'm not really in the mood for reading an action fic right now. Thanks, OmegaMan
